Description
Claims (20)
- 半導体基板と、前記半導体基板の表面に第1方向に長く形成され、互いに異なる極性を有する第1電極と第2電極をそれぞれ備える複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれに備えられた前記半導体基板の表面に前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に長く配置され、前記第1電極または前記第2電極に導電性接着剤を介して接続される導電性配線と、
前記導電性配線を前記半導体基板と前記第1、第2電極に物理的に固定する複数の絶縁性接着部とを含み、
前記複数の絶縁性接着部のそれぞれは、前記第1方向に長く伸び、前記導電性配線全体と交差して前記導電性配線それぞれの交差された一部分を覆い、前記複数の絶縁性接着部のそれぞれは、前記第2方向に離隔される、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁性接着部は、前記導電性配線の間に露出される前記半導体基板と前記第1、第2電極の表面に接着される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁性接着部は、ベースフィルムの表面に接着剤が形成された、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記ベースフィルムは、ポリオレフィン(polyolefin)材質を含む、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記ベースフィルムの融点は160℃〜170℃の内、いずれかの温度よりも低い、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁性接着部の接着剤は、アクリル、シリコンまたはエポキシの内、少なくともいずれか1つを含む、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁性接着部の前記第2方向の幅は、互いに直接隣接する二つの導電性配線との間隔より大きい、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1、第2電極が前記半導体基板の背面に位置し、
前記導電性配線は、前記第1、第2電極が形成された前記半導体基板の背面に位置し、
前記絶縁性接着部は、前記第1、第2電極が形成され、導電性配線が配置された前記半導体基板の背面上に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記各太陽電池の半導体基板は、第1導電型の不純物がドーピングされ、
前記半導体基板の背面には、前記第1導電性と反対の第2導電性の不純物がドーピングされるエミッタ部と、前記半導体基板より前記第1導電型の不純物を高濃度にドーピングされる背面電界部とをさらに含み、
前記第1電極のそれぞれは、前記エミッタ部に接続され、前記第2電極のそれぞれは、前記背面電界部に接続される、請求項8に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記導電性配線は、
前記第1電極に導電性接着剤を介して接続され、前記第2電極との間に絶縁層によって絶縁される第1配線と、
前記第2電極に導電性接着剤を介して接続され、前記第1電極との間に前記絶縁層によって絶縁される第2配線を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池は、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に互いに直接隣接して配列され、互いに直列接続される第1太陽電池と第2太陽電池を含み、
前記第1太陽電池と、前記第2太陽電池との間には、前記第1、第2太陽電池を互いに直列接続するインターコネクタをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記インターコネクタは、前記第1太陽電池と、前記第2太陽電池との間で、前記第1方向に長く配置される、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記インターコネクタには、前記第1太陽電池に接続された前記第1導電性配線と前記第2太陽電池に接続された前記第2導電性配線が共通に接続される、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 半導体基板の表面に第1方向に長く形成され、互いに異なる極性を有する第1電極と第2電極のそれぞれの一部分の上に導電性接着剤を塗布する段階と、
前記第1、第2電極の内、前記導電性接着剤が塗布された前記一部分と重畳されるよう前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に長く、導電性配線を配置する段階と、
前記導電性配線を前記半導体基板の表面に物理的に固定させる複数の絶縁性接着部のそれぞれが、前記第2方向に離隔され、前記第1方向に長く接着させて前記導電性配線全体と交差して前記導電性配線それぞれの交差された一部分を覆って前記半導体基板の背面に固定させる段階と、
前記絶縁性接着部が接着された前記半導体基板をラミネーションする段階とを含み、
前記ラミネーション段階において、前記絶縁性接着部は、軟化された後、硬化される、太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記ラミネーション段階の温度は、160℃〜170℃の内、いずれか1つの温度で実行される、請求項14に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁性接着部の融点は、前記ラミネーション段階の温度より低い、請求項14に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁性接着部は、ベースフィルムの表面に接着剤が形成された絶縁性テープ形態である、請求項14に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記ベースフィルムは、ポリオレフィン(polyolefin)材質を含む、請求項17に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記ベースフィルム及び前記接着剤の融点は、前記ラミネーション段階の温度より低い、請求項17に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記ラミネーション段階において、前記絶縁性接着部は、軟化された状態で、導電性配線と前記第1、第2電極との間の空きスペースまで少なくとも一部が満たされた後、硬化される、請求項14に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
