Ca10(PO4)6−x(SiO4)x(OH)2−x

カルシウム又はカルシウム含有化合物と、リン含有化合物と、ケイ素含有化合物とを準備する工程と、
これらの化合物をアルカリ性pHにおいて水相内で反応させることにより沈殿を生成する工程と

カルシウム又はカルシウム含有化合物と、リン含有化合物と、ケイ素含有化合物とを混合する工程を包含する1つ又は複数の水性沈殿工程と、
1つ又は複数の水性沈殿工程により生成され、集合された生成物を加熱する工程と、
を含む方法により得られる組成物を提供する。
Ca10(PO4)6−x(SiO4)x(OH)2−x
を表し、式中xは、ドーピングのレベルに等しい。
10CaO+4.2H3PO4+1.8Si(OC2H5)4→Ca10(PO4)4.2(SiO4)1.8(OH)0.2
上式は、合成pHが≧8であるとの条件で正しい。
0.1モルのCaO=5.6079g、
0.042モルのH3PO4=4.842g(出発材料の85重量%を補償するように調整した)、
0.018モルのTEOS=3.750g。
10CaO+4H3PO4+2Si(OC2H5)4→Ca10(PO4)4(SiO4)2
上式は、合成pHが≧8であるとの条件で正しい。
0.1モルのCaO=5.6079g、
0.04モルのH3PO4=4.842g(出発材料の85重量%を補償するように調整した)、
0.02モルのTEOS=3.750g。
Claims (6)
- リンシリケートカルシウム(CPS、Ca10(PO4)4(SiO4)2)を含み、
リンシリケートカルシウム相が、全結晶相組成物の50重量%以上を構成し、
二次副相が、ヒドロキシアパタイト、シリケート置換ヒドロキシアパタイト、アルファ−リン酸三カルシウム及びベータ−リン酸三カルシウムのうち1種又は複数を含む、合成バイオセラミック組成物。 - リンシリケートカルシウムを主相として、70重量%以上含む、請求項1に記載の合成バイオセラミック組成物。
- リンシリケートカルシウム相が、全結晶相組成物の98(±2)重量%を構成する、請求項1又は2に記載の合成バイオセラミック組成物。
- リンシリケートカルシウム相が、全結晶相組成物の50〜98重量%を構成する、請求項1又は2に記載の合成バイオセラミック組成物。
- 副成分として非晶質相も含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の合成バイオセラミック組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む、合成骨材料、骨インプラント、骨移植片、骨補填材、骨足場、充填材、コーティング又はセメント。
