Claims (8)
- 地中に敷設された管路を略満水状態で流れる水の熱を利用するための熱交換構造であって、
地中に敷設された管路から分岐した鋼管又は鋳鉄管からなる略満水状態で水が流れる管路の外周面に於ける所定長さ範囲に全周にわたって配置された熱交換部材と、
前記熱交換部材に熱交換媒体を流通させるポンプと、
を有することを特徴とする熱交換構造。 - 前記熱交換部材と地盤との間に断熱材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した熱交換構造。
- 前記熱交換部材が、前記管路の外周に螺旋状に巻きつけられた管であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載した熱交換構造。
- 前記熱交換部材が、前記管路の外周に嵌装された外管を有し、該外管の両端部と前記管路の外周面との隙間を遮蔽すると共に両端部又は両端部の近傍に前記ポンプとの接続部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載した熱交換構造。
- 前記外管が、熱伝導率の低い材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載した熱交換構造。
- 前記外管の内部には、熱交換媒体の流れを乱すための流通阻害部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載した熱交換構造。
- 前記外管の内部には、熱交換媒体を螺旋状に流すための螺旋状仕切部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載した熱交換構造。
- 地中に敷設された管路を略満水状態で流れる水の熱を利用するための方法であって、
地中に敷設された管路から鋼管又は鋳鉄管からなる管路を分岐させて略満水状態で水が流れる管路とし、該管路の外周面に於ける所定長さ範囲に全周にわたって熱交換部材を配置し、該熱交換部材にポンプによって付勢した熱交換媒体を流通させると共に、熱交換装置によって前記熱交換部材を通過した熱交換媒体との熱交換を行うことを特徴とする熱利用方法。
