Claims (11)
- 患者の呼吸映像を撮影する撮像部と、
前記撮像部で獲得した患者の呼吸映像を映像処理及び追跡分析し、患者の呼吸信号を獲得する呼吸信号変換部と、
前記獲得した呼吸信号が放射線治療に適する呼吸であるか否かということ、前記獲得した呼吸信号が安定しているか否かということ、前記患者の呼吸信号とガイド呼吸とのマッチング点数が所定の基準値以上であるか否かということのうち1以上を判断する呼吸判断部と、
前記呼吸信号変換部で獲得した患者の呼吸信号と、保存されたガイド信号とを共に提供する呼吸ガイド部と、を含み、
前記呼吸判断部は、
一定時間の、前記患者の呼吸信号と、前記ガイド呼吸との差が所定の既存値以上である場合、新たな呼吸パターンをガイド呼吸として提供することを特徴とする呼吸誘導システム。 - 前記呼吸判断部は、
獲得した呼吸信号の呼吸周期、呼吸大きさ、呼吸の形態のうち1以上の情報から、獲得した呼吸信号が放射線治療に適する呼吸であるか否かということを判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼吸誘導システム。 - 前記呼吸ガイド部は、
入出力部上にガイド信号を表示している状態で、患者の呼吸信号を獲得し、リアルタイムで、前記ガイド信号と対応してディスプレイすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼吸誘導システム。 - 前記呼吸誘導システムは、
患者の呼吸が上部臨界点と下部臨界点との以内である場合にのみ、放射線ビームを照射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼吸誘導システム。 - 前記呼吸ガイド部は、前記獲得した呼吸信号の呼吸周期、呼吸大きさ、呼吸の形態のうち1以上の情報に基づいて、患者別ガイド信号を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼吸誘導システム。
- コンピュータを利用して、
患者の呼吸映像を撮影する段階と、
前記撮影した患者の呼吸映像を映像処理及び追跡分析し、患者の呼吸信号を獲得する段階と、
前記獲得した呼吸信号が放射線治療に適する呼吸であるか否かということを判断する段階と、
前記獲得した呼吸信号が安定して維持されるか否かということを判断する段階と、
前記獲得した呼吸信号が安定して維持される場合、現在の呼吸信号をガイド信号として保存する段階と、
前記獲得した患者の呼吸信号と、前記保存されたガイド信号とを共に提供する段階と、を含む呼吸誘導信号提供方法を実行させるために、媒体に保存されたコンピュータプログラム。 - 前記獲得した呼吸信号が放射線治療に適する呼吸であるか否かということを判断する段階は、
獲得した呼吸信号の呼吸周期、呼吸大きさ、呼吸の形態のうち1以上の情報から、前記獲得した呼吸信号が放射線治療に適する呼吸であるか否かということを判断することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の媒体に保存されたコンピュータプログラム。 - 前記獲得した呼吸信号が放射線治療に適する呼吸ではない場合、
新たな呼吸パターンを、患者別ガイド呼吸として提供することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の媒体に保存されたコンピュータプログラム。 - 前記獲得した患者の呼吸信号と、前記保存されたガイド信号とを共に提供する段階は、
入出力部上にガイド信号を表示している状態で、患者の呼吸信号を獲得し、リアルタイムで、前記ガイド信号と対応してディスプレイすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の媒体に保存されたコンピュータプログラム。 - 前記段階が、模擬治療時に遂行されて所定のガイド信号が保存され、
実際の放射線治療遂行において、
患者の呼吸映像を撮影する段階と、
前記撮影した患者の呼吸映像を映像処理及び追跡分析し、患者の呼吸信号を獲得する段階と、
前記獲得した呼吸信号と、模擬治療時に遂行されて保存された前記ガイド信号との差が所定の既存値以内であるか否かということを判断する段階と、
前記所定の基準値以内である場合、放射線の照射が行われる段階と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の媒体に保存されたコンピュータプログラム。 - 前記放射線の照射が行われる段階は、
患者の呼吸が上部臨界点と下部臨界点との以内である場合にのみ、放射線ビームを照射することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の媒体に保存されたコンピュータプログラム。
