Description

Claims (11)
- フライホイール格納アセンブリのための管状格納パーツであって、
前記管状格納パーツは、異なる材料の層から構成されており、
前記管状格納パーツの前記異なる材料の層は、互いの上にらせん状に巻かれた連続層であり、
前記連続層は、構造材料の第一層および1つまたは2つ以上の異なる材料から構成される1以上の連続した層を含み、
前記管状格納パーツの内側壁は、前記第一層の前記構造材料によって形成されており、
前記構造材料の前記第一層が、鋼鉄ストリップであり、
前記鋼鉄は、低合金高強度鋼、ベイナイト鋼 TWIPグレード、および中から高炭素鋼から成る群より選択され
前記1以上の連続した層が、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、繊維材料、および合金鋼から成る材料の群より選択される1つ以上の材料のストリップまたはウェブから作製され、
前記第一層、および前記連続した層の各々が、前記管状格納パーツの2つ以上の巻き付けターンに及んでいることを特徴とする、フライホイール格納アセンブリのための管状格納パーツ。 - 前記繊維材料が、アラミド繊維、ナイロン繊維、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、鋼鉄繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の格納パーツ。
- 前記繊維材料が、硬化された樹脂中に埋め込まれている、請求項1または2に記載の格納パーツ。
- 繊維材料の層内において、前記繊維を、互いに対して異なる縦糸および横糸配向であるグループとして備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の格納パーツ。
- 前記1以上の連続した層が、波形金属を含む金属層を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の格納パーツ。
- 前記波形によって形成される空隙が、相変化材料によって充填されて、破片エネルギー吸収が高められる、請求項5に記載の格納パーツ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の管状格納パーツおよび末端部材を備える、フライホイール格納アセンブリであって、
前記管状格納パーツは、前記末端部材の両側に刻まれた溝部に取り付けられる、フライホイール格納アセンブリ。 - フライホイール格納アセンブリのための管状格納パーツを製造するための方法であって、前記方法は:
構造材料の第一層のための鋼鉄ストリップを選択する工程であって、前記鋼鉄は、低合金高強度鋼、ベイナイト鋼、TWIP鋼グレード、および中から高炭素鋼から成る群より選択される工程、
1以上の連続した層の各々のための材料のストリップまたはウェブを、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、繊維材料、および合金鋼から成る材料の群より選択する工程、ならびに
前記第一層および前記1以上の連続した層の前記ストリップをらせん状に巻いて、こうして形成された管状格納パーツの内側壁が、前記第一層の前記構造材料によって形成されるようにする工程、
を含み、
前記第一層、および前記連続した層の各々が、前記管状格納パーツの2つ以上の巻き付けターンに及んでいる、フライホイール格納アセンブリのための管状格納パーツを製造するための方法。 - 前記1以上の連続した層の1つ以上が、硬化性樹脂で含浸された繊維材料を含み、および前記らせん状に巻かれた層が、硬化操作を受ける、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化操作が、前記第一層および順に続く層を巻いて管状格納パーツとした後に行われる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維材料が、連続湿式積層プロセス(continual wet layup processes)を用いて含浸され、硬化される、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
