Claims (15)
- 플라이휠 격납 어셈블리용 튜브형 격납 부재로서,
상기 튜브형 격납 케이징 부재는 상이한 재료의 층들로 구성되며,
상기 튜브형 격납 케이징 부재의 상이한 재료의 층들은 서로에 대해 나선형으로 감긴 무한층들이며, 상기 무한층들은 구조 재료의 제 1 층, 및 하나 이상의 상이한 재료로 구성된 하나 이상의 연속층들을 포함하며, 상기 튜브형 케이징 부재의 내벽은 상기 제 1 층의 구조 재료에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 격납 부재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 층의 구조 재료는 강 스트립이고, 상기 강은 고강도 저합금강, 베이나이트 강 TWIP 등급, 및 중탄소강 내지 고탄소강으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는, 격납 부재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 연속층들은 알루미늄, 알루미늄 합금, 섬유 재료 및 합금 강으로 이루어진 재료의 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재료의 스트립 또는 웹으로 제조되는, 격납 부재. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 섬유 재료는 아라미드 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 강 섬유를 포함하는, 격납 부재. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 섬유 재료는 경화된 수지에 매립된, 격납 부재. - 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 섬유 재료의 하나의 층 내에서, 또는 섬유 재료의 상이한 층들 내에서, 섬유들은 서로에 대하여 상이한 경사 및/또는 위사 방향을 갖는 그룹으로 제공되는, 격납 부재. - 제 3 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 금속층 내의 금속은 주름진 금속(corrugated metal)인, 격납 부재. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
주름에 의해 형성되는 공극은 상-변화 재료로 충진되어 파편 에너지 흡수를 더욱 보강하는, 격납 부재. - 제 3 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
제 1 층 및 연속층들의 각각은 나선형으로 감긴 케이징 부재의 하나 초과의 권수(turn)에 걸쳐 연장되는, 격납 부재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 튜브형 격납 부재를 포함하는 플라이휠 격납 어셈블리로서,
형성된 격납 부재는 격납 어셈블리의 각 말단 부재 안으로 절단된 홈 내의 대향면 상에 장착되는, 플라이휠 격납 어셈블리. - 하기의 단계를 포함하는 플라이휠 격납 어셈블리용 튜브형 격납 부재의 제조 방법:
- 구조 재료의 제 1 층을 위해 강 스트립을 선택하는 단계로서, 상기 강은 고강도 저-합금 강, 베이나이트 강, TWIP 강 등급 및 중탄소강 내지 고탄소강으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되고;
- 하나 이상의 연속층들을 위한 스트립 또는 웹의 재료를 알루미늄, 알루미늄 합금, 섬유 재료 및 합금 강으로 이루어지는 재료의 그룹으로부터 선택하는 단계; 및
- 제 1 층 및 하나 이상의 연속층의 스트립을 나선형으로 감아서, 이에 따라 형성된 튜브형 격납 부재의 내벽이 구조 재료의 제 1 층에 의해 형성되게 하는 단계. - 제 11 항 에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 층들은 경화성 레진이 함침된 섬유 재료를 포함하며, 상기 나선형으로 감긴 층들은 경화 공정을 거치는, 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 경화 공정은 제 1 층 및 연속층들을 튜브형 격납 부재로 감은 이후에 실시되는, 방법. - 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 섬유 재료는 연속 습식 층상 공정을 사용하여 함침 및 경화되는, 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 층들은 명목상 원형 또는 다른 형태의 단면을 갖는 맨드릴 둘레에 감기는, 방법.
