Description
音響製品は、たとえば図2および図3に示されるものに従う表面修飾セルロースに基づく繊維物質1と、プラスチック系物質2とからなる材料組成を有し、該製品は実質的に木質様であるが、等方性の音を有する。
Claims (7)
- 少なくともセルロース系物質とプラスチック系物質とを含む原材料から、プレス加工、圧縮成形、射出成形、押出、熱によるブロー成形および/または回転成形などの熱可塑性プロセスによって製造される、楽器、楽器の一部または音響設備などの、複合材料からなる音響製品において、該音響製品は、表面修飾セルロースに基づく繊維物質(1)と、プラスチック系物質(2)とからなる材料組成を有し、該音響製品は、三次元において、実質的に木質様であるが、等方性の音伝播を有し、
該複合材料内の表面修飾セルロース繊維(1)間の空間が、連続網目(IPN/相互貫入網目)を形成するプラスチック物質(2)で充填されることを特徴とする音響製品。 - 表面修飾セルロース繊維(1)によって形成される連続IPNの形態でその材料を少なくとも部分的に通過する浸透物を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の音響製品。
- 音響製品の材料を連続的に通過する、少なくとも表面修飾セルロース繊維物質(1)とプラスチック物質(2)とからなる別個のIPNを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の音響製品。
- 音響製品の材料が、表面修飾セルロース繊維物質(1)と、1000μm以下の直径を有する、プラスチック粒子などのプラスチック系物質(2)と、相溶性改良剤(3)とからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の音響製品。
- 音響製品の材料が、でんぷん、充填剤、表面活性剤、保持剤、分散剤、浮遊剤および/またはこれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の音響製品。
- 製造されるべき音響製品に要求される音響特性によって決定される限度内で、より長い繊維および/または金属、セラミック、天然鉱物成分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の音響製品。
- 音響製品の材料は、ナノセルロールとともに、ナノ粘土、ナノケイ酸塩および/またはナノ炭素繊維剤などのナノ充填物質を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の音響製品。
