Description
Claims (9)
- ユニットハウジング(45)のハウジング部分(7、55)に収容されて少なくとも1台の油圧ポンプ(1)を駆動してその際に熱を放出する電動モータ(3)と、
油と空気を熱交換するように前記少なくとも1台の油圧ポンプ(1)に接続された空気熱交換装置(14)と、
空気流(65)を形成するために駆動可能なファン(19)とを少なくとも備えたコンパクトユニットにおいて、
前記ユニットハウジング(45)内に流動制御装置(47、55)があり、該流動制御装置(47、55)は、前記空気流(65)を、電動モータ(3)を周流する少なくとも1つの第1の部分流(67)と、前記少なくとも1つの第1の部分流(67)から枝分かれしかつ前記空気熱交換装置(14)に向かって流れる第2の部分流(69)とへ導くことを特徴とするコンパクトユニット。 - 前記電動モータ(3)は空気流内でファン(19)と前記空気熱交換装置(14)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンパクトユニット。
- 前記流動制御装置(47、55)は空気流から第3の部分流(71)を形成し、該第3の部分流(71)は電動モータ(3)を制御するために設けられた周波数変換器(5)に対する冷却空気流として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のコンパクトユニット。
- 前記流動制御装置(47、55)は、空気流に対してハウジング(45)の正面(57)とその反対の背面(59)との間に延びる第1の部分流(67)を形成し、該第1の部分流(67)内にファン(19)、電動モータ(3)及び周波数変換器(5)の冷却体(73)が置かれており、並びに前記流動制御装置(47、55)は第1の部分流(67)からユニットハウジング(45)の一方の側(60)に向って分岐する第2の部分流(69)を形成し、該第2の部分流(69)内に前記空気熱交換装置(14)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のコンパクトユニット。
- 前記電動モータ(3)は第1の油圧ポンプ(1)及び第2の油圧ポンプ(2)を駆動し、両油圧ポンプの吸込み側は油圧流体を貯蔵するタンク(7)と接続されており、両油圧ポンプのうち第1の油圧ポンプ(1)は前記空気熱交換装置(14)を通ってタンク(7)に至る流体流動を生み出し、第2の油圧ポンプ(2)は少なくとも1台の油圧アクチュエータへの圧力供給に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のコンパクトユニット。
- 前記タンク(7)と前記油圧ポンプ(1、2)の吸込み側との間にそれぞれ1個のフィルタ装置(9、11)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のコンパクトユニット。
- 前記タンク(7)は前記ユニットハウジング(45)内でベース部を形成し、該ベース部上で正面(57)から背面(59)に向かう軸方向にファン(19)、電動モータ(3)並びに第1の油圧ポンプ(1)及び第2の油圧ポンプ(2)がタンク(7)のカバープレート(47)上に配置されていること、及び前記空気熱交換装置(14)は電動モータ(3)の横に配置され、周波数変換器(5)は前記第1の油圧ポンプ(1)及び前記第2の油圧ポンプ(2)の横に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載のコンパクトユニット。
- 前記流動制御装置の構成部材としてタンク(7)のカバープレート(47)、並びにファン(19)と電動モータ(3)とを包囲するハウジングフード(55)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のコンパクトユニット。
- 前記ユニットハウジング(45)は少なくとも一部はプラスチックから形成され、又は少なくとも一部はアルミダイカストから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のコンパクトユニット。
