Claims (2)
- 試料を成分ごとに分離する分離カラムと、
前記分離カラムを内部に収容して前記分離カラムの温度を制御するカラムオーブンと、
前記分離カラムの一端側に接続され、注入された試料を気化させる試料気化部と、
前記試料気化部で気化した試料ガスを前記分離カラムへ導くための単一成分ガスであるキャリアガスを前記試料気化部へ供給するキャリアガス供給部と、
前記分離カラムの他端側に接続され、前記分離カラムで分離された試料成分を検出する検出器と、
前記分離カラムの温度を変化させながら行なう分析において前記分離カラム内におけるキャリアガスの平均線速度が一定になるように、前記キャリアガス供給部から前記試料気化部に供給されるキャリアガスの流量を前記分離カラムの温度に基づいて制御するように構成されたキャリアガス流量制御部と、
検出器ガスを前記検出器へ供給する検出器ガス供給部と、
前記キャリアガスと同種のガスが前記検出器ガスに含まれているか否かを判定し、前記キャリアガスと同種のガスが前記検出器ガスに含まれているときに、前記分離カラムを流れるキャリアガスの流量を求め、求めた流量を予め設定された流量から差し引いた値を目標流量とし、前記検出器に供給される前記同種のガスの流量が前記目標流量となるように、前記検出器ガス供給部から前記検出器に供給される検出器ガスの流量を制御するように構成された検出器ガス流量制御部と、を備えたガスクロマトグラフ。 - 前記キャリアガス供給部によって前記試料気化部に供給されるキャリアガスの種類を設定するように構成されたキャリアガス設定部をさらに備え、
前記検出器ガス流量制御部は、前記キャリアガス設定部により設定されたキャリアガスと同種のガスが前記検出器ガスに含まれているときに、前記同種のガスの流量が前記目標流量となるように前記検出器ガスの流量を制御するものである、請求項1に記載のガスクロマトグラフ。
