Description
第1部は、スタビライザバーに接着する前のブッシュ本体の無荷重状態で、第1部と第2部とを接触させた状態において、第2部に接触する先端部と、先端部の径方向内側と第3部とを連絡し第1仮想平面に対して傾斜する内面部と、先端部の径方向外側と第3部とを連絡し第1仮想平面に対して傾斜する外面部とを備える。これにより、ブッシュ本体を径方向に予圧縮した状態でブッシュ本体の内周面をスタビライザバーの外周面に接着するとき、先端部が第2部に押されて内面部および外面部に沿って第1部が径方向に変形しつつ、内面部および外面部に連なる部分の第3部が径方向に変形する。そのため、ブッシュ本体の第1仮想面の近傍における径方向の予圧縮量をより多くできるので、スタビライザバーとの接着耐久性をより向上できる効果がある。
外面部の径方向寸法が内面部の径方向寸法よりも大きく設定される。これにより、対向する第2部から先端部が受ける荷重を内面部よりも外面部で大きく支えることができるので、ブッシュ本体の第1仮想面の近傍を径方向内側へ変形し易くできる。その結果、ブッシュ本体の第1仮想面の近傍における径方向の予圧縮量をより多くできるので、スタビライザバーとの接着耐久性を更に向上できる効果がある。

Claims (5)
- 筒状のゴム状弾性体から構成されるブッシュ本体を備え、前記ブッシュ本体を径方向に予圧縮した状態で前記ブッシュ本体の内周面がスタビライザバーの外周面に接着されるスタビライザブッシュであって、
前記ブッシュ本体は、第1仮想平面により周方向の一部が分断され、
前記第1仮想平面から周方向の所定距離まで設けられる第1部と、
前記第1仮想平面を挟んで前記第1部の反対側に前記第1仮想平面から周方向の所定距離まで設けられる第2部と、
前記第1部および前記第2部以外の部位である第3部とを備え、
前記スタビライザバーに接着する前の無荷重状態で、前記第1部と前記第2部とを接触させた状態において、前記第1仮想平面における前記内周面の内径よりも、軸心を含み前記第1仮想平面に垂直な第2仮想平面における前記内周面の内径が大きく設定され、
前記第1部は、前記スタビライザバーに接着する前の前記ブッシュ本体の無荷重状態で、前記第2部と接触させた状態において、前記第2部に接触する先端部と、
前記先端部の径方向内側と前記第3部とを連絡し前記第1仮想平面に対して傾斜する内面部と、
前記先端部の径方向外側と前記第3部とを連絡し前記第1仮想平面に対して傾斜する外面部とを備え、
前記先端部の径方向中央は、前記第1部と前記第3部との境界の径方向中央よりも径方向内側に位置することを特徴とするスタビライザブッシュ。 - 筒状のゴム状弾性体から構成されるブッシュ本体を備え、前記ブッシュ本体を径方向に予圧縮した状態で前記ブッシュ本体の内周面がスタビライザバーの外周面に接着されるスタビライザブッシュであって、
前記ブッシュ本体は、第1仮想平面により周方向の一部が分断され、
前記第1仮想平面から周方向の所定距離まで設けられる第1部と、
前記第1仮想平面を挟んで前記第1部の反対側に前記第1仮想平面から周方向の所定距離まで設けられる第2部と、
前記第1部および前記第2部以外の部位である第3部とを備え、
前記スタビライザバーに接着する前の無荷重状態で、前記第1部と前記第2部とを接触させた状態において、前記第1仮想平面における前記内周面の内径よりも、軸心を含み前記第1仮想平面に垂直な第2仮想平面における前記内周面の内径が大きく設定され、
前記第1部は、前記スタビライザバーに接着する前の前記ブッシュ本体の無荷重状態で、前記第2部と接触させた状態において、前記第2部に接触する先端部と、
前記先端部の径方向内側と前記第3部とを連絡し前記第1仮想平面に対して傾斜する内面部と、
前記先端部の径方向外側と前記第3部とを連絡し前記第1仮想平面に対して傾斜する外面部とを備え、
前記外面部の径方向寸法は、前記内面部の径方向寸法よりも大きく設定されることを特徴とするスタビライザブッシュ。 - 前記外面部は、前記第3部の外周面と連なることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスタビライザブッシュ。
- 前記内面部は、前記第3部の内周面と連なることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のスタビライザブッシュ。
- 前記第1部と前記第2部とは、前記スタビライザバーに接着する前の前記ブッシュ本体の無荷重状態で、前記第1部と前記第2部とを接触させた状態において、前記第1仮想平面に関して面対称に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のスタビライザブッシュ。
