本明細書における数平均モル質量Mnおよび重量平均モル質量Mwの数値は、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)による測定に関する。上澄み濾過にかけた試料(試料濃度4g/l)100μlについて測定を行う。使用した溶離剤は、0.1体積%のトリフルオロ酢酸を含むテトラヒドロフランである。測定は25℃で行われた。
この方法の原理は、相対溶液粘度の毛管粘度測定法に基づいている。この目的のために、試験物質をトルエン中で30分間振盪することによって溶解し、1%濃度の溶液を得る。25℃のVogel−Ossag粘度計で流動時間を測定し、これから純粋な溶媒の粘度に関して試料溶液の相対粘度を確かめる。K値は、フィケンチャーの方法[P.E.Hinkamp、Polymer、1967,8,381](K=1000k)から読み取ることができる。
ガラス転移温度は動的走査熱量測定法(DSC)によって測定される。これは、未処理のポリマーサンプル5mgをアルミニウム製のるつぼ(容量25μL)に量り取り、孔のあいた蓋でるつぼを閉じることによって行われる。測定は、Netzsch製のDSC 204 F1を使用して行われる。不活性化のために、操作は窒素下で行われる。サンプルを最初に−150℃に冷却し、次に10K/分の加熱速度で+150℃に加熱し、そして再び−150℃に冷却する。その後の第2の加熱曲線を10K/分で再び走らせ、そして熱容量の変化を記録する。ガラス転移はサーモグラムのステップとして認識される。
それぞれの場合において、ステップの前1と後2にサーモグラムのベースラインに接線が適用され、段差の領域では、バランス線5が縦軸に平行に配置され、2つの接線と交差するように、具体的には等しい内容の2つの領域3と4((それぞれの場合、接線、バランスライン、および測定プロット)との間)が形成される。測定プロットとこのように位置決めされた平衡線の交点がガラス転移温度を与える。
接着力(AFERA 5001による)は以下のように測定される:使用される規定の基材は厚さ2mmの亜鉛メッキ鋼板(Rochol GmbHから入手)である。試験を行う接着可能なシート状要素を、幅20mm、長さ約25cmに切断し、操作部を設け、その直後に、4kgのスチールローラーを使用して、選択した基材上に5回、10m/分の前進速度で押し付ける。その直後に、引張試験機(Zwick製)を用いて速度v=300mm/分で180°の角度で接着可能なシート状要素を基板から剥離し、室温でこれを達成するのに必要な力を記録する。記録された値(N/cm)は、3回の個々の測定からの平均として得られる。
穿刺抵抗性は、ダイカットで孔を塞ぎ、それを目標とする穿刺にかけることによって決定される。この場合、引張試験機においてスパイクが固定され、このスパイクは水平に配置された閉じた孔に一定速度で接近しそして孔を30mm穿孔する。処置の間、使用された力が記録される。
本体5は、その構成の結果として、閉鎖される孔6を含む。
本発明のダイカットのキャリアは、2つのプラスチックフィルムの集合体からなる。
上側フィルムの組成は以下の通りである。
40質量%の充填剤としてのCaCO3
30質量%のポリエチレン
10質量%のEVA
20質量%の油
当該フィルムの厚さは2000μm、坪量は2.5kg/m2である。
接着力、スチール、フレッシュ 13N/cm
接着力、スチール、1ヶ月後40℃ 12N/cm
重負荷フィルムの構成は重負荷フィルムのそれと同じですある:
40質量%の充填剤としてのCaCO3
30質量%のポリエチレン
10質量%のEVA
20質量%の油
接着力、スチール、フレッシュ 10N/cm
接着力、スチール、1ヶ月後40℃ 2〜4/cm
Claims (17)
- 金属板またはプラスチック部品の孔を恒久的に閉鎖するためにダイカットであって、少なくとも2つのプラスチックフィルムの複合体を含むキャリアを有し、
少なくとも2つのプラスチックフィルムの上側フィルムは少なくとも1.0kg/m2の坪量を有し、
少なくとも2つのプラスチックフィルムの下側フィルムは重負荷フィルムに面するプラスチックフィルムの形態の第1の層、および機能層の形態の第2の層の少なくとも2つの層からなり、
下側フィルムの上側フィルムと反対の面には、接着剤が適用される
前記ダイカット。 - 少なくとも2つのプラスチックフィルムの前記上側フィルム、ならびに前記下側フィルムの前記プラスチックフィルムおよび前記機能層が、それぞれ表面全体にわたって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダイカット。
- 前記上側フィルムが、1.0〜6kg/m 2 の坪量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のダイカット。
- 上側フィルムが、無機物充填ポリエチレンおよびEVAフィルム、またはエラストマー変性ビチューメンフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
- 前記下側フィルムのプラスチックフィルムが、前記上側フィルムに使用されている種類のポリマーからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
- 前記下側フィルムのプラスチックフィルムがポリオレフィンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
- 前記プラスチックフィルムはポリエチレンからなり、前記機能層はポリアミドからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
- 前記上側フィルムの厚さが、400〜3500μmであり、および/または
前記下側フィルムの厚さが、25〜200μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。 - 前記接着剤として、アクリレートベースの自己接着性組成物が選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
- 前記ダイカットは閉鎖される孔の上に同心円状に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
- ダイカットの輪郭が、閉鎖される孔の輪郭に対応し、重なりのマージンが1〜20mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のダイカットを有する車体の孔。
- 下側フィルムの上側フィルムと反対の面には、自己接着性組成物が適用される
請求項1〜11いずれか一つに記載のダイカット。 - 前記上側フィルムが、1.5〜3.9kg/m 2 の坪量を有することを特徴とする、請求項3〜11いずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
- 前記上側フィルムが、1.5〜2.5kg/m 2 の坪量を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のダイカット。
- 上側フィルムが、無機物充填ポリオレフィンフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
- 前記下側フィルムのプラスチックフィルムがポリエチレンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のダイカット。
