Description
Claims (13)
- 第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板の上方に配置された発光素子と、
前記発光素子の上方に設けられた絶縁表面を有する絶縁層と、
前記絶縁表面の上面に設けられたタッチセンサと、を含み、
前記タッチセンサは、
前記絶縁表面の上面に設けられた複数の第1の電極と、
前記絶縁表面の上面に設けられ、前記複数の第1の電極と第1の静電容量を形成する複数の第2の電極と、
前記複数の第1の電極と前記複数の第2の電極との上面に設けられ、押圧力の印加に応じて帯電する圧電性層と、
前記第1の電極にパルス電圧を印加するパルス発生器と、
前記パルス電圧の印加に起因した前記第2の電極に関する第1の測定値の変化から前記第1の静電容量の変化を検知し、前記パルス電圧の印加に起因しない前記第2の電極に関する第2の測定値の変化から前記押圧力の強度を検知する判別回路と、
を含む、表示装置。 - 前記複数の第1の電極は、
前記第1の基板の形成平面における第1の方向に接続された列状の第1の電極の群を複数含む、
請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の第1の電極と前記パルス発生器との間に配置され、複数の前記列状の第1の電極の群の内の一つを順に選択し、選択された前記列状の第1の電極の群に前記パルス発生器からの前記パルス電圧を印加する第1選択回路を更に含む、
請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1の方向に接続された列状の第1の電極の群において、隣り合う二つの前記第1の電極は第1の接続部により接続された、
請求項2又は3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の第2の電極は、
前記第1の基板の形成平面において前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向に接続された列状の第2の電極の群を複数含む、
請求項2乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の第2の電極と前記判別回路との間に配置され、複数の前記列状の第2の電極の群の内の一つを順に選択し、選択された前記列状の第2の電極の群から出力される物理量の変化を前記判別回路に伝達する第2選択回路を更に含む、
請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2の方向に接続された列状の第2の電極の群において、隣り合う二つの前記第2の電極は第2の接続部により接続された、
請求項5又は6に記載の表示装置。 - 前記タッチセンサの上方に設けられた第2の基板を更に含み、
前記判別回路が、前記第1選択回路の選択状況、前記第2の選択回路の選択状況、及び前記第1の測定値の変化から、前記第2の基板に接触する導電体からなる入力体の、前記第1の基板の形成平面における位置を検知し、前記第2の測定値の変化から、前記第2の基板に対する前記入力体の押圧力の強度を検知する、
請求項6又は7に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1の測定値と、前記第2の測定値とは、タイミングをずらして測定し、
前記第1の測定値を測定する際には、前記パルス発生器がパルス電圧を前記第1の電極に印加し、前記第2の測定値を測定する際には、前記パルス発生器がパルス電圧を前記第1の電極に印加しない、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか一つに記載の表示装置。 - 前記圧電性層は、その構成材料として、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、トリフッ化エチレン、ポリ乳酸の内の少なくともいずれか一つを含む、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか一つに記載の表示装置。 - 前記発光素子の側面に設けられたバンクを更に含み、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間が、前記バンクの上方に位置する、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか一つに記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の発光素子の上方に、少なくとも一層の無機絶縁層を含む封止層を更に含み、
前記封止層の上面が前記絶縁表面を構成する、

前記圧電性層は、前記表示領域全面に亘り設けられる、
