Claims (15)
- 일 방향으로 배열된 복수의 스캔 라인;
상기 스캔 라인과 교차하도록 배열된 복수의 데이터 라인;
상기 복수의 스캔 라인 및 데이터 라인 사이에 각각 연결된 복수의 화소;
상기 스캔 라인과 평행하게 배열된 복수의 제 1 감지 라인;
상기 데이터 라인과 평행하게 배열된 복수의 제 2 감지 라인; 및
상기 복수의 제 1 감지 라인 및 제 2 감지 라인 사이에 각각 연결된 복수의 감지소자를 포함하고,
상기 화소는,
제 1 전극; 상기 제 1 전극 상에 배치된 유기 발광층; 및
상기 유기 발광층 상에 배치된 제 2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 감지소자는,
상기 제 1 감지 라인에 연결된 제 1 전극; 및
상기 제 2 감지 라인에 연결된 제 2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 감지소자는 상기 화소의 상기 제 1 전극의 발광영역을 정의하기 위한 화소 정의막 또는 상기 화소와 박막 트랜지스터를 전기적으로 연결하는 비아홀이 형성된 평탄화막에 제공되는 평판표시장치.

상기 제 1 감지 라인에 연결된 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 감지 라인에 연결된 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 제공되는 압전층을 더 포함하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 압전층은 PVDF(poly vinlyidene fluoride), PVDF-TrEF(trifluro-ethye), TrEF, 폴리우레아(polyurea), 폴리이미드(polyimid) 및 나일론(nylon)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나의 물질로 이루어진 평판표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 압전층은 BaTiO3 및 PZT로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나의 물질로 이루어진 평판표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 압전층은 0.1㎛ 내지 3.0㎛ 의 두께로 형성된 평판표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감지소자의 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극 중 하나의 전극이 상기 화소의 제 1 전극과 동일 평면에 배치된 평판표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감지소자의 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극이 상기 화소의 제 2 전극과 중첩되는 평판표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제 1 감지 라인 및 제 2 감지 라인에 연결된 감지부를 더 포함하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 스캔 라인에 연결된 스캔 구동부; 및
상기 복수의 데이터 라인에 연결된 데이터 구동부를 더 포함하며,
상기 감지부가 상기 스캔 구동부 및 상기 데이터 구동부 중 어느 하나에 내장된 평판표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제 1 감지 라인 및 제 2 감지 라인이 투명한 전도성 물질로 이루어진 평판표시장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 전도성 물질은 은(Ag)나노튜브, 은(Ag)나노와이어, 탄소나노튜브(CNT), 그래핀(graphene), ITO, IZO, GIZO, TIZO, HfIZO, 은(Ag), MgAg 및 YbAg로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평판표시장치는 가요성인 평판표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감지소자의 상기 제 1 전극 또는 상기 제 2 전극은 상기 화소의 상기 제 1 전극과 동일 평면에 배치되고, 상기 감지소자의 상기 제 2 전극은 상기 화소 정의막에 의해 상기 화소의 제 2 전극과 절연되는 평판표시장치.
