Description
本出願は、「IN−CEILING LIQUID DESICCANT SYSTEM FOR DEHUMIDIFICATION」と題した2013年6月12日出願の米国仮特許出願第61/834、081号からの優先権を主張し、この出願は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (13)
- 低温流体回路を有する、建物のための空調システムであって、
気流を処理し、液体乾燥剤と伝熱流体とを用いて前記気流を除湿して冷却する調節器であり、前記伝熱流体は前記低温流体回路を用いて冷却される、調節器と、
前記調節器に接続され、前記調節器内に用いられた前記液体乾燥剤を受け、前記液体乾燥剤を濃縮し、濃縮された前記液体乾燥剤を前記調節器にもどす再生器であり、伝熱流体を用いて前記液体乾燥剤を加熱する再生器と、
前記低温流体回路に連結され、前記再生器内に前記伝熱流体を循環させる局所的な高温伝熱流体ループに連結され、局所的な前記高温伝熱流体ループの中で、前記低温流体回路中の流体から熱を前記伝熱流体に送る熱ポンプであり、局所的な前記高温伝熱流体ループの中の前記伝熱流体を加熱するように制御可能に作動されることができ、前記再生器内の前記液体乾燥剤の濃縮を制御し、これにより前記調節器で処理される前記気流の湿度を制御する、熱ポンプとを備え、
前記再生器は、実質的に平行な姿勢で配列されている複数の再生器構造体を備え、各再生器構造体は、前記液体乾燥剤が通過して流れることが可能な少なくとも1つの表面と、前記伝熱流体が通過して流れることが可能な内部通路とを有し、
前記熱ポンプは、局所的な前記高温伝熱流体ループ内の前記伝熱流体を熱し、前記伝熱流体は前記再生器構造体の前記内部通路にあるときに、前記液体乾燥剤を熱し、前記再生器内の前記液体乾燥剤の前記濃縮を制御する、空調システム。 - 前記熱ポンプは、前記低温流体回路中の前記流体により前記調節器内で前記伝熱流体の冷却の前、冷却の後、又は冷却と並行して、前記低温流体回路中の前記流体を冷却する請求項1に記載の空調システム。
- 前記調節器は、実質的に平行な姿勢で配列されている複数の調節器構造体を備え、各調節器構造体は、前記液体乾燥剤が通過して流れることが可能な少なくとも1つの表面と、前記伝熱流体が通過して流れることが可能な内部通路とを有し、
前記建物の外側から受け入れられた前記気流は、前記液体乾燥剤が前記気流を除湿して冷却するように前記調節器構造体の間を流れ、
各調節器構造体はさらに、別個の乾燥剤収集器を備え、別個の前記乾燥剤収集器は、前記調節器構造体の少なくとも1つの前記表面の端に設けられ、前記調節器構造体の少なくとも1つの前記表面を通過して流れた前記液体乾燥剤を収集し、前記乾燥剤収集器は、互いに間隔をおいて配置され、間に空気が流れることを許容する請求項1に記載の空調システム。 - さらに、前記調節器を流れる前記気流と前記液体乾燥剤との間であって前記調節器中の各調節器構造体の少なくとも1つの前記表面に近接して配置されている材料のシートを備え、
前記材料のシートは、前記液体乾燥剤を前記乾燥剤収集器に導き、前記液体乾燥剤と前記気流との間で水蒸気の流通を許容する請求項3に記載の空調システム。 - 前記材料のシートは、膜、親水性材料、又は疎水性微多孔膜を含む請求項4に記載の空調システム。
- 前記気流は、前記液体乾燥剤が前記気流を除湿して加熱するように前記再生器構造体の間を流れ、
各再生器構造体はさらに、別個の乾燥剤収集器を備え、別個の前記乾燥剤収集器は、前記再生器構造体の少なくとも1つの前記表面の端に設けられ、前記再生器構造体の少なくとも1つの前記表面を通過して流れた前記液体乾燥剤を収集し、前記乾燥剤収集器は、互いに間隔をおいて配置され、間に空気が流れることを許容する請求項1に記載の空調システム。 - さらに、前記再生器を流れる前記気流と前記液体乾燥剤との間であって前記再生器中の各再生器構造体の少なくとも1つの前記表面に近接して配置されている材料のシートを備え、
前記材料のシートは、前記液体乾燥剤を前記乾燥剤収集器に導き、前記液体乾燥剤と前記気流との間で水蒸気の流通を許容する請求項6に記載の空調システム。 - 前記材料のシートは、膜、親水性材料、又は疎水性微多孔膜を含む請求項7に記載の空調システム。
- さらに寒冷動作モードで作動可能であり、前記寒冷動作モードでは前記低温流体回路は高温流体を有し、前記熱ポンプ中の冷媒の流れの方向は、前記調節器内の前記伝熱流体を加熱するように反転され、前記再生器内の前記伝熱流体を冷却する請求項1に記載の空調システム。
- さらに寒冷動作モードで作動可能であり、前記寒冷動作モードでは前記低温流体回路は高温流体を有し、前記熱ポンプは不作動である請求項1に記載の空調システム。
- 低温流体回路を有する、建物のための液体乾燥剤の空調システムを作動させる方法であって、
前記液体乾燥剤と伝熱流体とを用いて調節器で前記建物内の空間に供される気流を除湿して冷却し、前記低温流体回路を用いて前記伝熱流体を冷却するステップと、
再生器で前記調節器内に用いられた前記液体乾燥剤を受け、前記再生器中の前記液体乾燥剤を濃縮し、濃縮された前記液体乾燥剤を前記調節器にもどし、前記再生器は伝熱流体を用いて前記液体乾燥剤を加熱するステップと、
熱ポンプを用いて、前記再生器内に前記伝熱流体を循環させる局所的な高温伝熱流体ループの中で、前記低温流体回路中の流体から熱を前記伝熱流体に送り、局所的な前記高温伝熱流体ループの中の前記伝熱流体を加熱するように前記熱ポンプを制御可能に作動させ、前記再生器内の前記液体乾燥剤の濃縮を制御し、これにより前記調節器で処理される前記気流の湿度を制御するステップとを備え、
前記再生器は、実質的に平行な姿勢で配列されている複数の再生器構造体を備え、各再生器構造体は、前記液体乾燥剤が通過して流れることが可能な少なくとも1つの表面と、前記伝熱流体が通過して流れることが可能な内部通路とを有し、
前記熱ポンプは、局所的な前記高温伝熱流体ループ内の前記伝熱流体を熱し、前記伝熱流体は前記再生器構造体の前記内部通路にあるときに、前記液体乾燥剤を熱し、前記再生器内の前記液体乾燥剤の前記濃縮を制御する、方法。 - 前記熱ポンプは、前記低温流体回路中の前記流体により前記調節器内で前記伝熱流体の冷却の前、冷却の後、又は冷却と並行して、前記低温流体回路中の前記流体を冷却する請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記熱ポンプを制御可能に作動させる前記ステップは、前記液体乾燥剤を再生することを減らすように前記熱ポンプを不作動にすることを含む請求項11に記載の方法。
