Description
前記回転測定手段は、前記ケーシングに形成されたセンサ装着溝に安着され、前記センサ装着溝は、前記ケーシングの外面に形成され、前記回転測定手段を前記センサ装着溝に固定させる固定手段を含むことができる。
図1は、本発明の一実施例に係る圧縮機を示す断面図であり、図2は、図1の圧縮機においてコイルに電源印加時に磁化部位及び磁力線を示す図である。
すなわち、プーリ41は、前記駆動源(図示せず)から駆動力を伝達されて回転することができる。
具体的に、ホールセンサ52は、測定対象に隣接するほど正確度が向上することができる。
また、本発明は、回転軸の回転速度を測定する回転測定手段による冷媒漏洩を防止できる圧縮機を提供する。
また、本発明は、回転測定手段を設けるのにかかる原価と時間を節減できる圧縮機を提供する。
また、本発明は、回転測定手段が運転中に離脱することを防止できる圧縮機を提供する。

Claims (11)
- ケーシング(1)と、
前記ケーシング(1)の内部に備えられ、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構(2)と、
前記ケーシング(1)の外部に備えられる駆動源から前記圧縮機構(2)に回転力を伝達する回転軸(3)と、
電源が印加されると磁力が発生して前記駆動源と前記回転軸(3)とを連結させ、電源が遮断されると磁力を失って前記駆動源と前記回転軸(3)とを分離させるクラッチ(4)と、
前記クラッチ(4)から磁力を伝達され、前記回転軸(3)の回転による磁束変化を測定して前記回転軸(3)の回転速度を測定する回転測定手段(5)と、を含み、
前記ケーシング(1)には前記回転測定手段(5)が装着されるセンサ装着溝(12)が形成されて、
前記センサ装着溝(12)は、前記ケーシング(1)の外面に形成され、前記回転測定手段(5)を前記センサ装着溝(12)に固定させる固定手段を含み、
前記クラッチ(4)は、前記駆動源から動力を伝達されて回転するプーリ(41)と、前記回転軸(3)と締結され、前記プーリ(41)と選択的に接触又は離隔するディスクハブ組立体(42)と、電源印加時に磁力が発生して、前記プーリ(41)と前記ディスクハブ組立体(42)とを接触させるフィールドコイル組立体(43)と、を含み、
前記フィールドコイル組立体(43)は、コイルハウジング(432)を含み、
前記コイルハウジング(432)は、前記コイルハウジング(432)から突出して前記センサ装着溝(12)に対向するフランジ部(436)を含み、
前記固定手段は、前記回転測定手段(5)が前記センサ装着溝(12)に挿入されるとき、同時に固定されるように、前記センサ装着溝(12)と前記フランジ部(436)との間に介在されるセンシング部(522)と、前記センシング部(522)から突出して前記フランジ部(436)を基準に前記センシング部(522)の反対側に位置する固定部(524)と、を含む、ことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮機構(2)は、
前記回転軸(3)に傾斜して締結され、前記回転軸(3)と共に回転する斜板(22)と、
前記ケーシング(1)のボア(bore)に収容され、前記斜板(22)に結合して、前記斜板(22)の回転によって前記ボアの内部で往復運動されるピストン(21)と、
圧縮容量を可変させるために前記回転軸(3)に対する前記斜板(22)の傾斜角を調節する傾斜調節機構(23)と、を含み、
前記傾斜調節機構(23)は、前記回転軸(3)に締結され、前記クラッチ(4)の磁化時に前記回転軸(3)と共に回転して励磁されるロータ(232)を含み、
前記回転測定手段(5)は、前記ロータ(232)の磁束を測定するホールセンサ(52)(hall effect sensor)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記ホールセンサ(52)は、前記ロータ(232)に隣接して配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ホールセンサ(52)は、前記クラッチ(4)と前記ロータ(232)との間に形成される磁力線の範囲内に配置される、ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ホールセンサ(52)には、少なくとも一つのフック(H11、H21)が形成され、前記ケーシング(1)と前記クラッチ(4)のうち少なくとも一つには、前記フック(H11、H21)が挿入されるフック溝(H12、H22)が形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ホールセンサ(52)と前記フック(H11、H21)とは一体に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記クラッチ(4)は、前記フィールドコイル組立体(43)への電源が遮断されて前記フィールドコイル組立体(43)が磁力を失うと、前記プーリ(41)と前記ディスクハブ組立体(42)とを離隔させる離隔手段と、をさらに含み、
前記フィールドコイル組立体(43)は、前記コイルハウジング(432)に収容され、電源印加時に電磁気力を発生させるコイル(434)と、をさらに含
む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記固定部(524)には、前記フランジ部(436)側に突出する第1フック(H11)が形成され、
前記フランジ部(436)には、前記第1フック(H11)が挿入される第1フック溝(H12)が形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記センシング部(522)には、前記センサ装着溝(12)側に突出する第2フック(H21)が形成され、
前記センサ装着溝(12)には、前記第2フック(H21)が挿入される第2フック溝(H22)が形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記ホールセンサ(52)が前記センサ装着溝(12)に挿入されるとき、前記第1フック(H11)が前記第1フック溝(H12)に挿入され、前記第2フック(H21)が前記第2フック溝(H22)に挿入され、
前記第1フック溝(H12)に挿入された前記第1フック(H11)が前記第1フック溝(H12)から離脱する場合、前記第2フック(H21)は前記第2フック溝(H22)に挿入された状態で維持される、ことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記ホールセンサ(52)は、前記ロータ(232)の半径方向外側に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧縮機。
