Claims (3)
- ピストンを挿入するシリンダ孔を備えたキャリパボディの作用部のディスク外周側に、前記シリンダ孔の底部と前記ピストンとの間に設けられる液圧室へ昇圧した作動液を導入するユニオン孔を備えたボス部を少なくとも1つ、作動液中の混入エアを排出するブリューダ孔を備えたボス部を少なくとも1つ、合わせて3個以上並設した車両用ディスクブレーキにおいて、
少なくともディスク回転方向両端に配置する2個の前記ボス部を、他のボス部よりもディスクロータ側に設け、
前記ブリューダ孔を備えた前記ボス部には、前記ブリューダ孔に螺合されるブリューダスクリュの座面が形成され、前記ユニオン孔を備えた前記ボス部には、ホース接続部を備えたバンジョーを介してバンジョーボルトが螺合され、前記バンジョーのディスク半径方向外側に前記ユニオン孔に螺合されるバンジョーボルトの座面が形成され、
全ての前記ボス部においてディスク回転方向一端側に配置される前記ボス部の前記座面は、隣り合う前記ボス部の座面よりも、ディスク半径方向外側に突出していることを特徴と
する車両用ディスクブレーキ。 - ディスク回転方向他端側に配置した前記ボス部は、前記ユニオン孔を備えたボス部であり、隣り合うボス部に設けられた前記ブリューダスクリュ、又は、前記バンジョーボルトと、前記キャリパボディの外面との間に、前記バンジョーの前記ホース接続部を配置可能なスペースが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- ディスク回転方向一端側に配置した前記ボス部は、前記ユニオン孔を備えたボス部であり、前記バンジョーに、隣り合うボス部に当接して前記バンジョーの回り止めを図る回止め片が突設されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
