- 前記プロセッサは、前記少なくとも1つのユーザインタフェースデバイスにおいて、前記生理的データとともに前記健康履歴情報及び前記検査結果のうちの1又は複数を提供するよう構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記健康履歴情報及び/又は前記検査結果に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記治療プロトコル並びに前記少なくとも1つの提案された病状診断及び/又は前記患者の性質を提供するよう構成される、請求項10又は11に記載のシステム。
- 選択された前記DTPは、外傷治療クラスに対応し、
前記検査結果は、外傷のタイプ、患者意識レベル、患者の痛み評価、及び神経学的欠損の評価を含み、
前記患者の性質は、固定、輸送、及び迅速な輸送のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記生理的データの前記少なくとも一部は、脈拍数、呼吸データ、血圧、組織二酸化炭素、組織pH、心電図、脈拍酸素傾向、心拍数変動インデックスのうちの1又は複数を含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのユーザインタフェースデバイスは、除細動器/患者モニタから離れて配置される、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのユーザインタフェースデバイスは、前記除細動器/患者モニタ上のディスプレイである、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのユーザインタフェースデバイスは、モバイルデバイスディスプレイ、ヘッドアップディスプレイ、イヤホン、オーディオレシーバ及び/又はトランスミッタ、ビデオデバイス、タッチスクリーン、及びカメラのうちの1又は複数を含む、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。

- 選択された前記DTPは、呼吸窮迫治療クラスに対応する、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理的データの前記少なくとも一部は、カプノグラフィデータを含む、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、
前記カプノグラフィデータから1又は複数のカプノグラフィ波形測定値を決定し、
前記少なくとも1つのユーザインタフェースデバイスを制御して、前記介護者に対して前記1又は複数のカプノグラフィ波形測定値を提供する、
よう構成される、請求項21に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのユーザインタフェースデバイスは、タッチスクリーンを含み、
前記プロセッサは、前記タッチスクリーンへのユーザタッチ入力に応答して前記1又は複数のカプノグラフィ波形測定値を決定するよう構成される、請求項22に記載のシステム。 - 前記1又は複数のカプノグラフィ波形測定値は、デッドスペースボリューム、フェーズIIスロープ、及びフェーズIIIスロープのうちの1又は複数を含む、請求項22又は23に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記1又は複数のカプノグラフィ波形測定値に基づいて前記少なくとも1つの提案された病状診断を提供するよう構成される、請求項22から24のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、COPD診断及び喘息診断から前記少なくとも1つの提案された病状診断を選択するよう構成される、請求項20から25のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記COPD診断又は前記喘息診断の前記選択に基づいて前記治療プロトコルを提供するよう構成される、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理的データの少なくとも一部は、心音を含む、請求項20から27のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの提案された病状診断は、喘息、慢性閉塞性肺疾患(COPD)、慢性心不全(CHF)、及び肺水腫のうちの1つを含む、請求項28に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理的データの前記少なくとも一部は、呼吸音データを含み、
前記プロセッサは、
アルゴリズムを採用して、前記呼吸音データに基づいてゼーゼー音、ぱちぱち音、水泡音、及び喘鳴呼吸音を検出し、
前記アルゴリズムによる前記検出に基づいて前記少なくとも1つの提案された病状診断を提供する、

- 前記プロセッサは、前記カスタマイズされたDTPをアップロード及び/又はダウンロードするよう構成される、請求項31に記載のシステム。
