Description
両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケースは、図1及び図2に示すように、ケース本体1及びケース蓋2を含み、ケース蓋2とケース本体1との固定は係嵌方法により実現される。ケース蓋2の両側には、それにヒンジ接続されたバックル3が設けられるとともに、ケース本体1にはバックル3の係嵌のための係嵌ブロック4が対応して設けられていて、それにより、ケース蓋2とケース本体1との着脱可能な接続が実現され、そして容易で迅速に着脱することができる。ケース蓋2とケース本体1との間の密封性を向上させるために、ケース本体1とケース蓋2との間に密封リング5が設けられ、ここで、ケース本体1の頂壁にはリングエッジ6が設けられ、密封リング5には、リングエッジ6に合わせた窪みが設けられ、それにより安定して密封リング5をケース本体1に取り付けることができ、ケース蓋2をケース本体1に固定する際に、ケース蓋2のエッジ部分が密封リング5を押し付けて接続箇所の密封性を確保し、外部空気がケース本体1内に入らないことを確保する。
図5及び図6を参照すると、両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケースは、ケース本体1及びケース蓋2を含み、ケース本体1はケース蓋2に挿接される。ケース本体1の頂壁にはリングエッジ6が一体成形され、ケース蓋2の底壁には、リングエッジ6に挿接される挿入溝27が開けられ、挿入溝27の溝底には、密封リング5が嵌設されている。ケース蓋2でケース本体1をキャッピングすると、リングエッジ6が挿入溝27に挿接されて密封リング5に密着し、それにより外部空気がケース本体1内に入らないことを確保する。
Claims (10)
- ケース本体(1)及びケース蓋(2)を含む両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケースであって、前記ケース蓋(2)には空洞(7)が対称に開けられ、前記空洞(7)内にはピストン(10)がそれぞれスライド可能に接続され、前記空洞(7)内にはケース本体(1)の内部と連通する排気孔(8)がそれぞれ設けられ、排気孔(8)には、第1の一方向弁(9)が設けられ、前記ピストン(10)には、前記ピストン(10)が第1の一方向弁(9)に向いて移動する際に空洞(7)と外部とを連通する排気構造が設けられ、前記ケース蓋(2)には連動機構が設けられて、2つのピストン(10)を逆方向に移動させる、
ことを特徴とする両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。 - 前記連動機構は、中間部がケース蓋(2)に回転接続され、両端がそれぞれピストン(10)にヒンジ接続されている連結ロッド(15)を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。 - ケース蓋(2)には、連結ロッド(15)を取り付けるための取付溝(14)が開けられ、ケース蓋(2)の頂壁には、空洞(7)の上方に位置するとともに空洞に連通されている縦溝(18)が開けられ、連結ロッド(15)の端部には、前記連結ロッド(15)の端部に固定されるとともに縦溝(18)内に位置する押し子ブロック(19)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。 - 2つの押し子ブロック(19)が同じ高さにある場合、押し子ブロック(19)の上面はケース蓋(2)の上面と同一の平面にあり、前記縦溝(18)内には、押し子ブロック(19)の上面をケース蓋(2)の上面と同一の平面に保つように付勢するための弾性部材(20)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。 - 前記排気構造は、リング溝(11)、密封リング(12)及び通気溝(13)を含み、リング溝(11)はピストン(10)の外壁に開けられ、密封リング(12)はリング溝(11)に嵌合され、通気溝(13)はリング溝(11)内に開けられているとともに外部と連通し、リング溝(11)及び通気溝(13)の幅は密封リング(12)の線径よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。 - 前記ケース蓋(2)には、吸気孔(22)が開けられ、吸気孔(22)には第2の一方向弁(23)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。 - ケース蓋(2)には、圧力検知部材(24)が取り付けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。 - ケース本体(1)にはリングエッジ(6)が設けられ、リングエッジ(6)にはケース蓋(2)に当接する密封リング(5)が嵌合されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。 - ケース蓋(2)の両側にはバックル(3)がヒンジ接続され、ケース本体(1)にはバックル(3)の係嵌固定のための係嵌ブロック(4)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。 - ケース蓋(2)には、押し子ブロック(19)を押しておくための押圧バー(25)が設けられ、押圧バー(25)の一端はケース蓋(2)に回転接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の両辺押圧型の真空鮮度保持ケース。
