Description
以下、本開示の実施形態に係る遮光部材について詳細に説明する。
本実施形態の遮光部材は、組成式がTiO2-x(1≦x<2)として示されるチタンの酸化物を含む酸化アルミニウム質セラミックスからなり、Fe、Ni、Co、MnおよびCrの合計の含有量が260質量ppm以下である。このような構成によれば、広い波長範囲にわたって反射率が低くなる。また、チタンの酸化物の紫外線(UV)吸収効果によって日光による劣化を抑制することができ、遮光部材の周辺部材を保護することができるので、長期使用が可能となる。さらに、日光を浴びるとチタンの酸化物の光触媒効果が発現して遮光部材の周辺部材の汚れを除去することができ、防汚効果も得られるので、長期使用が可能となる。以下、本実施形態の遮光部材の構成について具体的に説明する。

(ΔL*は、遮光面の第1測定対象点の明度指数L1*と第2測定対象点の明度指数L2*との差、Δa*は遮光面の第1測定対象点のクロマティクネス指数a1*と第2測定対象点の明度指数a2*との差、Δb*は遮光面の第1測定対象点のクロマティクネス指数b1*と第2測定対象点の明度指数b2*との差である。)
次に、本実施形態の遮光部材の製造方法の一例を説明する。
次に、本実施形態の遮光部材を備える車載光学機器の一例として、ランプ装置およびヘッドアップディスプレイを例に挙げて、図面を用いて順に説明する。但し、以下で参照する各図は、説明の便宜上、実施形態を説明する上で必要な構成のみを簡略化して示したものである。したがって、本開示の車載光学機器は、参照する図に示されていない任意の構成を備え得る。また、図中の構成の寸法は、実際の構成の寸法および寸法比率などを忠実に表したものではない。
以下の説明では、ランプ装置が車両の右前方に搭載される構成を例にとって説明するが、本開示のランプ装置は、その機能を奏する限り、車両の右前方に搭載される構成に限定されない。
図3に示すように、本開示の実施形態に係るヘッドアップディスプレイ30は、画像を投影する側から順に、車載プロジェクターモジュール31と、反射ミラー32と、マイクロレンズアレイ33と、凸レンズ34と、コンバイナー35と、を備えている。
本実施形態の遮光部材は、放射温度計にも用いることができる。本開示の実施形態に係る放射温度計について図面を参照しながら説明する。図4に示す放射温度計は、環境の温度が一定ではなく、大きな温度変化が生じる現場において用いられる温度計である。放射温度計は、測定対象物から放射される赤外線の強度に基づいて非接触で測定対象物の温度を測定することができる。

Claims (3)
- 光学素子の周囲に配置されて不要な光を遮断する遮光部材であって、
組成式がTiO2-x(1≦x<2)として示されるチタンの酸化物を含む酸化アルミニウム質セラミックスからなり、
Fe、Ni、Co、MnおよびCrの合計の含有量が86質量ppm以上260質量ppm以下であり、
TiO 2-x が1.5質量%以上1.7質量%以下であり、
250nm-2500nmの波長における領域の反射率の最大値Rmaxが14.56%以上22.44%以下であり、
250nm-2500nmの波長における領域の反射率の最大値Rmaxと最小値Rminとの差ΔRが6.18%以上13.68%以下である遮光部材。 - 車載光学機器用である請求項1に記載の遮光部材。
- 放射温度計用である請求項1に記載の遮光部材。
