Description
-カルーセルに周方向に搭載された少なくとも1つの保持装置を備える保持ツリー、保持装置は、カルーセルに対して可動に配置された回転可能キャリアプレートを備え、キャリアプレートが自回転軸を中心に回転するときに第2の回転(二重回転)を実行する。
-ツール保持装置(30)は、移送、洗浄、前処理、コーティング、後処理の中で2つ以上の工程ステップに関して使用することができ、
-少なくとも1つのツールホルダ(10)及び/又はスリーブ(20)は、特定位置、好ましくは直立位置にシャフト型ツール(90)を保持し、
-少なくとも1つのツールホルダ(10)及び/又はスリーブ(20)は、流体及び/又は固体処理剤をツールホルダ(10)及び/又はスリーブ(20)から排出させる一又は複数の開口部を備え、
-少なくとも1つのツールホルダ(10)及び/又はスリーブ(20)は、シャフト型ツール(90)の三重回転を可能とする。

Claims (7)
- 複数のシャフト型ツールを保持するためのツール保持装置(30)であって、
一の前記シャフト型ツール(90)を、隣接する他の前記シャフト型ツールまで距離を置くと共に動作中の当該シャフト型ツール(90)の回転軸が垂直位置をとるような特定直立位置に回転可能に保持する複数のツールホルダ(10)であって、それぞれに前記シャフト型ツールを挿入するための上側のツール挿入開口部又は前記シャフト型ツールを保持するアダプタを挿入するためのアダプタ挿入開口部が設けられた前記複数のツールホルダと、
基部(35)と、
頂部(31)と、を備え、
少なくとも前記頂部(31)は、前記複数のツールホルダ(10)用の複数の取込穴(37)を備え、
前記基部は、前記ツールホルダに対する支持及び/又は取込み及び/又は案内を成し、
前記基部(35)及び前記頂部(31)は、少なくとも1つのスペーサによって相互接続され、
前記ツールホルダ(10)は、一又は複数の排出開口部を備え、
前記排出開口部は、前記ツール保持装置(30)が移送、洗浄、前処理、コーティング、後処理の中で2つ以上の工程ステップのために使用できるように、前記ツール挿入開口部又はアダプタ挿入開口部の下方に配置され、流体及び/又は固体処理剤を前記ツールホルダ(10)から排出させることを特徴とするツール保持装置。 - 前記ツール保持装置は、上側ツール挿入開口部を有する前記アダプタを備え、
前記アダプタは、前記ツールホルダの前記ツール挿入開口部又は前記アダプタ挿入開口部を通って前記ツールホルダに差し込まれ、且つ、前記ツールホルダによって規定位置に保持されるように設計され、
前記アダプタは、一又は複数の排出開口部であって、前記ツール挿入開口部の下方に配置され、流体及び/又は固体処理剤を前記アダプタ(20)から排出させる前記排出開口部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツール保持装置。 - 前記ツールホルダ又は前記ツールホルダ及び前記アダプタの前記一又は複数の排出開口部は、前記ツールホルダ又は前記アダプタにおいて前記シャフト型ツール(90)の側方に配される側壁に設けられた垂直方向に延びる側方開口部であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のツール保持装置。
- 前記ツールホルダ及び/又は前記アダプタは、前記ツールホルダ及び/又は前記アダプタを各自の長軸を中心に回転させるのに寄与する形状適合動作可能な駆動手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のツール保持装置。
- 前記基部(35)と前記頂部(31)との間に係止ワッシャ部(33)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載のツール保持装置。
- 前記基部と、前記頂部と、もしあれば前記係止ワッシャ部とが、2つの半径と2つの弧によって規定される円の弧の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のツール保持装置。
- 層蒸着と、移送及び/又は洗浄及び/又は前処理及び/又は後処理の工程ステップのうち少なくとも1つとのための、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のツール保持装置の多目的使用。
