Claims (8)
- アノードと、
カソードと、
前記アノードと前記カソードとの間に配された有機発光層とを含む有機発光デバイス(OLED)であって、前記有機発光層が、
最高被占分子軌道(HOMO)エネルギー、最低空分子軌道(LUMO)エネルギー、及びT1三重項エネルギーを有する第1のホストと、
最高被占分子軌道(HOMO)エネルギー、最低空分子軌道(LUMO)エネルギー、及びT1三重項エネルギーを有する発光体とを含み、
前記発光体が、リン光金属錯体及び遅延蛍光発光体からなる群から選択され、
前記第1のホストの前記T1三重項エネルギーであるEH1Tが、前記発光体の前記T1三重項エネルギーであるEETよりも高く、
EETは、少なくとも2.50eVであり、
前記第1のホストの前記LUMOエネルギーが、前記発光体の前記HOMOエネルギーよりも高く、
前記発光体の前記HOMOエネルギーと前記第1のホストの前記LUMOエネルギーとの間の差の絶対値が、ΔE1であり、
a≦ΔE1-EET≦bであり、

- 請求項1に記載のOLEDを含む消費者製品であって、フラットパネルディスプレイ、カーブドディスプレイ、コンピュータモニター、メディカルモニター、テレビ、掲示板、屋内若しくは屋外照明及び/又は信号送信用のライト、ヘッドアップディスプレイ、完全又は部分透明ディスプレイ、フレキシブルディスプレイ、ローラブルディスプレイ、フォールダブルディスプレイ、ストレッチャブルディスプレイ、レーザープリンター、電話、モバイル電話、タブレット、ファブレット、パーソナルデジタルアシスタント(PDA)、ウェアラブルデバイス、ラップトップコンピュータ、デジタルカメラ、カムコーダー、ビューファインダー、マイクロディスプレイ、3-Dディスプレイ、バーチャルリアリティ又は拡張現実ディスプレイ、車両、共に並べた複数のディスプレイを含むビデオウォール、劇場又はスタジアムのスクリーン、及び看板のいずれかであることを特徴とする消費者製品。
