Description
本発明は、2018年10月31日付で出願された韓国特許出願第10-2018-0132192号及び2019年10月28日付で出願された韓国特許出願第10-2019-0134501号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されている全ての内容を本明細書の一部として含む。
グラフト率(%):グラフトされた単量体の重量(g)/架橋重合体の重量(g)×100
グラフトされた単量体の重量(g):グラフト共重合体1gをアセトン30gに溶解させて遠心分離した後の不溶性物質(gel)の重量
架橋重合体の重量(g):グラフト共重合体粉末中、理論上投入されたC4からC10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体の重量
本発明の一実施形態に係る熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、1)C4からC10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体単位、芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む第1のグラフト共重合体と、2)C4からC10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体単位、芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む第2のグラフト共重合体と、3)C1からC3のアルキル置換スチレン系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及びC1からC3のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を含む単量体混合物の共重合物である第1のスチレン系共重合体と、を含んでなり、前記第1のグラフト共重合体と第2のグラフト共重合体はコアの平均粒径が互いに異なる。
第1のグラフト共重合体は、C4からC10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体単位、芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む。
第2のグラフト共重合体は、C4からC10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体単位、芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む。
第1のスチレン系共重合体は、C1からC3のアルキル置換スチレン系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及びC1からC3のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を含む単量体混合物の共重合物である。
第2のスチレン系共重合体は、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含む単量体混合物の共重合物であってよい。
(メタ)アクリル系重合体は、C1からC3のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体単位を含むことができる。
α-メチルスチレン60重量%、アクリロニトリル30重量%及びメチルメタクリレート10重量%を含む単量体混合物95重量部と、反応溶媒としてトルエン5重量部と、開始剤として1,1-ビス(t-ブチルペルオキシ)シクロヘキサン0.075重量部及びポリエーテルポリ-t-ブチルペルオキシカーボネート0.195重量部とを添加して重合溶液を製造した。前記重合溶液を110℃の温度条件の反応器に連続的に投入して重合反応を行った。製造された重合生成物を脱揮発槽に移送させ、235℃の温度及び20.6torrの圧力下で未反応単量体と反応溶媒を回収及び除去してペレット状の耐熱性スチレン系樹脂を製造した。
下記実施例及び比較例で用いられた成分の仕様は、次の通りである。
(C-1)耐熱SAN共重合体:LG化学社製の200UH(α-メチルスチレン及びアクリロニトリルの共重合物)を用いた。
(D-1)ポリ(メチルメタクリレート):LG PMMA社製のIH830を用いた。
実施例及び比較例の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を押出混錬機(シリンダーの温度:240℃)に投入し、押出してペレットを製造し、下記に記載の方法で物性を評価してその結果を[表1]に記載した。
実験例1で製造したペレットを射出して試験片を製造し、下記に記載の方法で評価してその結果を下記[表1]に記載した。
◎:耐候性テストの後、試験片の色感の変化なし。
○:耐候性テストの後、試験片の色感が若干変化。
△:耐候性テストの後、試験片の色感が大きく変化。
Claims (4)
- C4からC10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体単位、芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む第1のグラフト共重合体と、
C4からC10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体単位、芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む第2のグラフト共重合体と、
C1からC3のアルキル置換スチレン系単量体、ビニルシアン系単量体及びC1からC3のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を含む単量体混合物の共重合物である第1のスチレン系共重合体と、を含んでなり、
前記第1のグラフト共重合体と第2のグラフト共重合体は、コアの平均粒径が互いに異なり、
前記第1のグラフト共重合体は、コアの平均粒径が350から600nmであり、
前記第2のグラフト共重合体は、コアの平均粒径が30から200nmであり、
前記単量体混合物は、
前記C 1 からC 3 のアルキル置換スチレン系単量体50から75重量%と、
前記ビニルシアン系単量体15から40重量%と、
前記C 1 からC 3 のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体1から20重量%と、を含み、
前記第1のグラフト共重合体1から20重量%と、
前記第2のグラフト共重合体20から45重量%と、
前記第1のスチレン系共重合体40から70重量%と、を含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記第1のグラフト共重合体及び第2のグラフト共重合体は、それぞれアクリロニトリル-スチレン-アルキルアクリレート共重合体である、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (メタ)アクリル系重合体を1から10重量%でさらに含み、
前記(メタ)アクリル系重合体は、C 1 からC 3 のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体のみの重合物若しくは共重合物、又はC 1 からC 3 のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体とスチレン及びビニルシアン系単量体からなる群より選択される1種以上との単量体混合物の共重合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 第2のスチレン系共重合体を1から20重量%でさらに含み、
前記第2のスチレン系共重合体は、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体のみからなる単量体混合物の共重合物である、請求項3に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
