Claims (7)
- ローラコンベア装置のローラシャフトを接地線に電気的に接続するための導電装置であって、
前記ローラシャフトの端部に係合する係合部位を有するハウジングと、
導電性材料により形成され、前記ハウジングに設けられた開口を介して前記ハウジングの内部から外部へ突出するシャフト部材と、
前記ハウジング内で、前記シャフト部材を前記ハウジングに対して回転自在に支持する軸受と、
前記シャフト部材と弾性的に当接し、前記シャフト部材と前記ハウジングとの間を電気的に接続して導電経路を形成する導電部と
を備え、
前記ハウジングは、
導電性を有する材料により形成され、前記軸受および前記導電部を収容可能な内部空間を有する本体部と、
前記開口となる貫通孔が設けられるとともに、前記本体部と係合して前記内部空間を塞ぐことで前記軸受および前記導電部を前記内部空間に封止する蓋部と
を有し、
前記本体部と前記蓋部とのうち一方側に、前記内部空間の周囲を取り巻く連続した環状の突起部位が設けられ、前記本体部と前記蓋部とのうち前記一方側とは異なる他方側に設けられ前記突起部位の外周形状に対応する形状の嵌合部位に前記突起部位が嵌合することで、前記本体部と前記蓋部とが一体化されて前記ハウジングをなし、
前記本体部の外周面には、前記内部空間を挟んで互いに平行な1対の本体側平坦面が設けられ、前記蓋部の外周面には、前記本体部と係合した状態で前記本体側平坦面の各々と同一平面をなす1対の蓋側平坦面が設けられる、導電装置。 - 前記突起部位が前記嵌合部位に圧入されて前記本体部と前記蓋部とが一体化される請求項1に記載の導電装置。
- 前記導電部は、
導電性を有する材料により形成され、前記シャフト部材に当接するとともに前記ハウジングと電気的に接続された当接部材と、
前記シャフト部材と前記当接部材との間を接近方向に付勢し押圧力を付与する付勢部材と
を有する請求項1または2に記載の導電装置。 - 前記付勢部材は、導電性を有する材料により形成され、前記当接部材と前記ハウジングとの間に介挿された弾性体である請求項3に記載の導電装置。
- 前記軸受は、内輪と外輪とが相対的に一の回転軸回りに回転自在のラジアル軸受であり、前記外輪が前記ハウジングに当接し、
前記シャフト部材は、前記内輪の内径以下の直径を有する棒状部材の一端部を前記内輪の内径よりも拡径した形状を有し、前記一端部を前記ハウジング内に、前記一端部と反対の他端部を前記ハウジング外に位置させた状態で前記内輪に挿通されている請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の導電装置。 - 前記シャフト部材のうち前記ハウジング外に露出する部分に、前記接地線を接続するための接続部位を有する請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の導電装置。
- 中心軸回りに回転するローラシャフトと、
前記ローラシャフトに取り付けられて前記ローラシャフトと一体的に回転して被搬送物を所定の搬送方向に搬送するローラと、
前記ローラシャフトの端部に装着された請求項1ないし6のいずれかの記載の導電装置と、
前記導電装置に接続された接地線と
を備えるローラコンベア装置。
