Description
Claims (10)
- ガラス組成として、酸化物換算の質量百分率表示で、SiO2 50~70%、Al2O3 21~25%、MgO 3~13%、CaO 5~15%、B2O3 0.5~5%を含有し、線熱膨張係数αが45×10 -7 /℃以下であることを特徴とするガラス繊維用組成物。
- 成形温度Txと液相温度Tyとの温度差ΔTxyが90℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス繊維用組成物。
- 成形温度Txが1365℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記戴のガラス繊維用組成物。
- 弾性率Eが90GPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載のガラス繊維用組成物。
- 請求項1~4の何れかに記載のガラス繊維組成物からなるガラスを固形分換算で95質量%以上含むことを特徴とするガラス繊維。
- 製品形態が、チョップドストランド、ヤーン、及びロービングの何れかであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガラス繊維。
- 請求項5又は6に記載のガラス繊維を有機媒体、コンクリート又はモルタルと複合化させてなることを特徴とするガラス繊維含有複合材料。
- 請求項1~4の何れかに記載のガラス繊維用組成物からなるガラスを繊維状に成形することを特徴とするガラス繊維の製造方法。
- ブッシング装置によって成形することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガラス繊維の製造方法。
- 成形温度Txを目標温度に対して±20℃の範囲で計測管理しながら成形することを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載のガラス繊維の製造方法。
