Description
オペレータは、先ずスイッチ6をONにした後に、充電器8を外部電源21に接続する。スイッチ6をONにするとBMS5は起動し、スイッチ6のONを判断するステップS1Aに進み、スイッチ6がONになっているので、第2リレー12をONにするステップS2Aに進み、次に、充電器8と外部電源21との接続を判断するステップS3Aに進む。このとき、充電器8と外部電源21とは接続されているので、有線稼働の有効性を判断するステップS4Aに進み、車両コントローラ3からの有線稼働有効信号を受信したときに有線稼働が有効であると判断して、第1リレーをONにするステップS5Aに進む。この構成によれば、BMS5は、充電器8が作動している状態で有線稼働への切換が可能か否かを判断するので、有線稼働への切換時に充電器と外部電源の接続が切れているなどの不具合が生じることが防止できる。
オペレータは、先ず充電器8を外部電源21に接続した後に、スイッチ6をONにする。充電器8を外部電源21に接続するとBMS5は起動し、スイッチ6のONを判断するステップS1Aに進み、スイッチ6がONになっていないので、充電器8と外部電源21との接続を判断するステップS1Bに進み、充電器8と外部電源21とは接続されているので、第1リレー11をONにするステップS2Bに進み、スイッチ6のONを判断するステップS3Bに進む。このとき、スイッチ6はONになっているので、有線稼働の有効性を判断するステップS4Bに進み、車両コントローラ3からの有線稼働有効信号を受信したときに有線稼働が有効であると判断して、第2リレーをONにするステップS5Bに進む。この構成によれば、BMS5は、充電器8が作動している状態で有線稼働への切換が可能か否かを判断するので、有線稼働への切換時に充電器と外部電源の接続が切れているなどの不具合が生じることが防止できる。
BMS5は、ステップS5AまたはステップS5Bの次に、有線稼働の異常を判断するステップS6に進む。BMS5は、一例として、有線稼働の状態において充電器8からの出力が途切れたときに、有線稼働が異常と判断する。BMS5は、一例として、有線稼働の状態においてリチウムイオンバッテリ9の残容量が下限値になったときに、有線稼働が異常と判断する。そしてBMS5は、有線稼働が異常であると判断したときに、車両コントローラ3にワーニング信号を出力するステップS7に進む。ワーニング信号を受信した車両コントローラ3は、警告または警報のいずれかないしは両方によってオペレータに異常を通知する制御を行う。警告または警報のいずれかないしは両方は、一例として、ディスプレイ部4に付設のスピーカや画面によってオペレータに伝達される。よって、オペレータは有線稼働の状態における異常を瞬時に察知できる。
ワーニング信号が出力されてオペレータが有線稼働の状態における異常を察知したとき、または有線稼働が有効でないとき、オペレータは、スイッチ6をOFFにする。

- 外部電源に接続することで作動する充電器と、バッテリと、前記バッテリへの充電電流を検出するセンサと、前記充電器と前記バッテリのいずれかないしは両方から電力供給されることで油圧にて作動する駆動部と、車両コントローラと、ディスプレイ部と、前記車両コントローラからの有線稼働有効信号を受信した後の有線稼働の状態において前記充電器と前記バッテリの両方を監視するバッテリマネジメントシステムと、前記有線稼働の操作に係るスイッチを備えた構成であり、

を特徴とする請求項1記載の作業用車両。 - 前記バッテリマネジメントシステムは、前記有線稼働の状態において前記バッテリの前記残容量が前記下限値になったときに、前記バッテリから放電する放電電力を前記バッテリに充電する充電電力以下に抑える制御を行う構成であること
を特徴とする請求項3記載の作業用車両。 - 前記バッテリマネジメントシステムは、前記有線稼働の状態において前記バッテリが満充電になったときに、前記バッテリの残容量が上限値を超えないようにする制御を行う構成であること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の作業用車両。 - 前記バッテリマネジメントシステムは、前記スイッチをOFFにし、かつ、前記充電器を停止することで前記有線稼働に切換える前の状態にリセットされる構成であること
を特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項記載の作業用車両。 - 第1リレーと、第2リレーが備わっており、
前記バッテリマネジメントシステムは、前記第1リレーをオン制御することによって前記充電器と前記バッテリとを接続する構成であり、前記第2リレーをオン制御することによって前記バッテリと前記駆動部とを接続する構成であり、かつ、前記第1リレーおよび前記第2リレーをオン制御することによって前記充電器と前記バッテリと前記駆動部とを接続する構成であること
を特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項記載の作業用車両。 - 前記バッテリはリチウムイオンバッテリであって、
前記スイッチがONになると前記バッテリマネジメントシステムに電力供給する鉛バッテリと、第3リレーが備わっており、
前記バッテリマネジメントシステムは、前記第3リレーをオン制御することによって前記リチウムイオンバッテリと前記車両コントローラとを接続する構成であること
を特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項記載の作業用車両。
