Description
図1から図7は、本発明の一実施例に係る車両用駆動装置を示す図である。図1から図7において、上下前後左右方向は、車両に設置された状態の車両用駆動装置を基準とし、車両の前後方向を前後方向、車両の左右方向(車両の幅方向)を左右方向、車両の上下方向(車両の高さ方向)を上下方向とする。
図1において、ハイブリッド車両(以下、単に車両という)1は、車体2を備えており、車体2は、ダッシュパネル3によって前側のエンジンルーム2Aと後側の車室2Bとに仕切られている。
カウンタギヤ14A、14B、14C、14Dは、ニードル軸受14a、14b、14c、14dを介してカウンタ軸14に支持されている遊転ギヤであり、カウンタ軸14と相対回転自在となっている。
(変速段が1速段の場合の動力伝達経路)
1速段においては、同期装置31が中立位置から1速段用のカウンタギヤ14A側に移動し、1速段用のカウンタギヤ14Aをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
3速段においては、同期装置33が中立位置から3速段用のアイドルギヤ12A側に移動し、3速段用のアイドルギヤ12Aをアイドル軸12に連結する。
5速段においては、同期装置32が中立位置から5速段用のカウンタギヤ14C側に移動し、5速段用のカウンタギヤ14Cをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
後進段においては、同期装置34が中立位置から後進ギヤ15A側に移動し、後進ギヤ15Aを後進軸15に連結する。
モータ35は、車両1のモータ走行時の動力を得る場合と、車両1の発進および加速時にエンジン20の動力をアシストする動力を得る場合と、変速中に同期装置31、32、33、34が中立位置から変速位置に移動するまでの間にエンジン20の動力をアシストするギャップフィリング用の動力を得る場合とに使用される。
本実施例の駆動装置4は、内燃機関の動力が入力される入力軸が第1の入力ギヤを有し、 この第1の入力ギヤに噛み合う第1の従動ギヤを有する第1の回転軸と、第1の入力ギヤに噛み合う第2の従動ギヤを有する第2の回転軸とを備え、第1の従動ギヤと第2の従動ギヤが同一形状となっている。
Claims (3)
- 第1の入力ギヤを有し、内燃機関の動力が入力される入力軸と、
前記第1の入力ギヤに噛み合う第1の従動ギヤを有する第1の回転軸と、
前記第1の入力ギヤに噛み合う第2の従動ギヤを有する第2の回転軸とを備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
第3の回転軸を有し、前記第3の回転軸は、前記第1の入力ギヤから前記第1の従動ギヤを介して前記第1の回転軸に伝達される動力を、前記第2の回転軸に減速して伝達し、
前記第1の従動ギヤと前記第2の従動ギヤが同一形状であることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記入力軸は、前記第1の入力ギヤと軸方向に離れて設けられた第2の入力ギヤを有し、
前記第1の回転軸は、前記第1の従動ギヤと軸方向に離れて設けられ、前記第2の入力ギヤに噛み合う第3の従動ギヤを有し、
前記第2の回転軸は、前記第2の従動ギヤと軸方向に離れて設けられ、前記第2の入力ギヤに噛み合う第4の従動ギヤを有し、
前記第1の従動ギヤと前記第3の従動ギヤは、前記第1の回転軸と相対回転自在に設けられており、
前記第2の従動ギヤと前記第4の従動ギヤは、前記第2の回転軸と相対回転自在に設けられており、
前記第1の回転軸は、軸方向で前記第1の従動ギヤと前記第3の従動ギヤの間に、前記第1の従動ギヤと前記第3の従動ギヤを前記第1の回転軸に連結する第1の同期装置を有し、
前記第2の回転軸は、軸方向で前記第2の従動ギヤと前記第4の従動ギヤの間に、前記第2の従動ギヤと前記第4の従動ギヤを前記第2の回転軸に連結する第2の同期装置を有し、
前記第3の従動ギヤと前記第4の従動ギヤが同一形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第3の回転軸は、第1の減速ギヤ対を介して前記第1の回転軸に接続されるとともに、第2の減速ギヤ対を介して前記第2の回転軸に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。
