材料と方法
試験参加者
この試験はUniversity of Queensland Medical Ethical Institutional Board and Mater Health Services Human Research Ethics CommitteeおよびRoyal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Research Governanceによって承認された。すべての試験参加者が、>18歳の年齢であり、そして、サンプル採取前にインフォームドコンセントを受けた。健康対照者の除外基準は、いずれかの合併疾患および口腔疾患(例えば、歯周疾患や歯肉炎、自己免疫性疾患、感染性疾患、筋骨格疾患、または悪性疾患、および最近の手術または外傷性傷害)の存在を表明するようにボランティアに質問する簡単なアンケートに基づいた。何らか条件が存在した場合、その参加者を試験から除外した。ボランティアは、白人およびアジア系民族出身であり、発熱または悪寒の症状がなく、良好な口腔衛生を有した。

Claims (12)
- 対象の心血管疾患を発症するリスクを検出するための情報を提供する方法であって、
該対象から得られた生物学的サンプルを分析し、該サンプル中の少なくとも3つのバイオマーカーの濃度を測定し、そして、該少なくとも3つのバイオマーカーの濃度とその少なくとも3つのバイオマーカーの所定の基準濃度との比較によって、前記対象の心血管疾患を発症するリスクを検出するための情報を提供すること、を含み、
ここで前記少なくとも3つのバイオマーカーがKLK1、S10A7及びCAMPであり、ここで前記生物学的サンプルが、前記対象の全血、血清、血漿、及び/又は唾液の少なくとも1つから得られる、方法。 - 前記少なくとも3つのバイオマーカーの所定の基準濃度が、健常者から採取された前記生物学的サンプルから決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 対象の全血、血清、血漿、及び/又は唾液の少なくとも1つから得られる生物学的サンプルにおいて、心血管疾患を発症するリスクを検査するためのキットであって、少なくとも3つのバイオマーカーに特異的に結合する少なくとも1つの分子がその上に固定された固体支持体を含み、ここで前記少なくとも3つのバイオマーカーがKLK1、S10A7及びCAMPである、キット。
- 前記少なくとも3つのバイオマーカーが、バイオマーカータンパク質であるTCPD、DLDH、IGHA2、KV110、NAMPT、COPB、SPR2AおよびHV311の1又は複数をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のキット。
