Description
実施例1および2:
実施例1および2では、実験用浸漬ユニットにおいて行った実験に言及する。ポリエステル製のコード(ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、2プライ、1440dtex、375×375の撚り数、接着剤で活性化されていない)を、95.26重量%の水、0.90重量%のDenacol EX313(エポキシ化合物)および3.84重量%のGrilbond IL-6(ポリイソシアネート化合物)を含有する予浸漬組成物にコードを浸漬することによって前処理し、210~250℃の温度で熱処理した。予浸漬組成物での処理後に、コードを実施例1(参考例)および実施例2(本発明による)のそれぞれによる水性浸漬組成物に浸漬させた。実施例1および2の浸漬組成物は、様々な成分を撹拌下、常温にて以下の表1に示される量、以下の添加順序で添加することによって調製した(或る化学物質が表1による処方の一部ではない場合、後続の成分を添加し、以下同様に続ける):
水→エポキシ化合物→イソシアネート→SBRラテックス→VPラテックス→NRラテックス
次いで、浸漬させたコードを2つの付加的な炉に通した。第1の炉の温度を170~220℃に維持し、第2の炉の温度を200℃~250℃に維持した。添加した成分の乾燥重量ではなく総量(重量部単位)が表1に提示されることが留意される。

被覆率が低い方の面を評価に用いた。被覆率の評定の決定において、半分の評定(すなわち3.5)も許容された。各実施例について、報告された結合力および報告された被覆率は、いずれの場合にも3回の測定の平均値である。結果を同様に表3に提示する。
実施例3および4では、製造用浸漬ユニットにおいて行った実験に言及する。レーヨン製のコード(2プライ、2440dtex、340×340の撚り数、104epdm(デシメートル当たりの末端数;織物プライにおけるコード密度の尺度)でコードから作られる織物)を実施例3(参考例)および実施例4(本発明による)による水性浸漬組成物のそれぞれに浸漬させ、4つの炉に通した。実施例3および4の浸漬組成物は、様々な成分を撹拌下、常温にて以下の表4に示される量、以下の添加順序で添加することによって調製した(或る化学物質が表4による処方の一部ではない場合、後続の成分を添加し、以下同様に続ける):
水→アンモニア→カルボン酸樹脂→エポキシ化合物→イソシアネート→SBRラテックス→VPラテックス→NRラテックス
第1の炉の温度を170~220℃に維持し、第2、第3および第4の炉の温度を独立して200℃~250℃に維持した。添加した成分の乾燥重量ではなく総量(重量部単位)が表4に提示されることが留意される。
実施例5~7では、実験用浸漬ユニットにおいて行った実験に言及する。レーヨン製のコード(2プライ、2440dtex、340×340の撚り数)を実施例5(参考例)、ならびに実施例6および7(本発明による)のそれぞれによる水性浸漬組成物に浸漬させ(表6を参照されたい)、4つの炉に通した。実施例5~7の浸漬組成物は、様々な成分を撹拌下、常温にて以下の表6に示される量、以下の添加順序で添加することによって調製した(或る化学物質が表6による処方の一部ではない場合、後続の成分を添加し、以下同様に続けた):
水→アンモニア→カルボン酸樹脂→エポキシ化合物→イソシアネート→SBRラテックス→VPラテックス→NRラテックス
第1の炉の温度を170~220℃に維持し、第2、第3および第4の炉の温度を独立して200℃~250℃に維持した。添加した成分の乾燥重量ではなく総量(重量部単位)が表6に提示されることが留意される。

1重量(乾燥重量)%~20重量(乾燥重量)%の少なくとも1つのイソプレンゴムラテックスと、
0重量(乾燥重量)%~6重量(乾燥重量)%の少なくとも1つのエポキシ基含有化合物と
を含む、織物補強材のコーティングのための水性浸漬組成物であって、
重量%での量は、水性浸漬組成物の総重量をベースとし、
組成物は、レゾルシノール、レゾルシノール予備縮合物、ホルムアルデヒドおよびホルムアルデヒド放出物質を実質的に含まない、水性浸漬組成物。
0.2重量(乾燥重量)%~4.5重量(乾燥重量)%の少なくとも1つのブロックイソシアネートと、
2重量(乾燥重量)%~15重量(乾燥重量)%の少なくとも1つのイソプレンゴムラテックスと、
0.2重量(乾燥重量)%~4重量(乾燥重量)%の、グリシジル系グリセロール、ソルビトール系エポキシ化合物、フェノール系ノボラックエポキシ化合物、クレゾール系ノボラックエポキシ化合物およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのエポキシ基含有化合物と
を含み、重量%での量が、水性浸漬組成物の総重量をベースとする、項目1~4のいずれか1つによる浸漬組成物。
織物補強材を項目1~11のいずれか1つによる浸漬組成物で、好ましくは浸漬によって処理する工程と、
組成物を、好ましくは60~260℃の範囲の温度で熱処理する工程と
を含む、方法。
Claims (15)
- 4乾燥重量%~40乾燥重量%の少なくとも1つのゴムラテックス[但し、前記ゴムラテックスはイソプレンゴムラテックスではない]と
0.1乾燥重量%~10乾燥重量%の少なくとも1つのブロックイソシアネートと、
1乾燥重量%~20乾燥重量%の少なくとも1つのイソプレンゴムラテックスと、
0乾燥重量%~6乾燥重量%の少なくとも1つのエポキシ基含有化合物と
を含む、織物補強材のコーティングのための水性浸漬組成物であって、
前記乾燥重量%での量は、前記水性浸漬組成物の総重量をベースとし、
前記組成物は、レゾルシノール、レゾルシノール予備縮合物、ホルムアルデヒドおよびホルムアルデヒド放出物質を実質的に含まず、
イソプレンゴムラテックスではない前記少なくとも1つのゴムラテックスが、スチレン-ブタジエンゴムラテックス、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴムラテックス、ブチルゴムラテックス、スチレン-ブタジエン-ビニルピリジンゴムラテックス、ニトリルブタジエンゴムラテックス、クロロプレンゴムラテックス、ブタジエンゴムラテックス、官能化ゴムラテックスからなる群から選択され、官能化はカルボキシル化およびその組み合わせではない、水性浸漬組成物。 - イソプレンゴムラテックスではない前記少なくとも1つのゴムラテックスが、スチレン-ブタジエンゴムラテックス、スチレン-ブタジエン-ビニルピリジンゴムラテックスおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の浸漬組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのブロックイソシアネートが、テトラメチレンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタン4,4’-ジイソシアネート、オクタメチレンジイソシアネート、デカメチレンジイソシアネート、ドデカメチレンジイソシアネート、トルエン2,4-または2,6-ジイソシアネート、テトラメチルキシリレンジイソシアネート、p-キシレンジイソシアネート、2,4’-または4,4’-ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン、フェニル1,3-または1,4-ジイソシアネートを含む芳香族ジイソシアネート、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される単位を含む、請求項1または2記載の浸漬組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのイソプレンゴムラテックスが、合成イソプレンゴムラテックス(IR)、天然イソプレンゴムラテックス(NR)およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の浸漬組成物。
- 4.5乾燥重量%~20乾燥重量%の、イソプレンゴムラテックスではない前記少なくとも1つのゴムラテックスと、
0.2乾燥重量%~4.5乾燥重量%の前記少なくとも1つのブロックイソシアネートと、
2乾燥重量%~15乾燥重量%の前記少なくとも1つのイソプレンゴムラテックスと、
0.2乾燥重量%~4乾燥重量%の、グリシジル系グリセロール、ソルビトール系エポキシ化合物、フェノール系ノボラックエポキシ化合物、クレゾール系ノボラックエポキシ化合物およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される前記少なくとも1つのエポキシ基含有化合物と
を含み、
乾燥重量%での量が、前記水性浸漬組成物の総重量をベースとする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の浸漬組成物。 - エポキシ基含有化合物を含有しない、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の浸漬組成物。
- 水酸化アンモニウム、水酸化ナトリウムおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される塩基をさらに含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の浸漬組成物。
- ワックス、着色剤、カルボン酸官能基を有するポリマー、イソシアネートの脱ブロック化もしくは三量化反応の触媒、イソシアネートとエポキシ基含有および/もしくはヒドロキシル基含有化合物またはカルボン酸官能基を有するポリマーとの間の反応の触媒、カルボン酸官能基を有するポリマーとエポキシ基含有および/もしくはヒドロキシル基含有化合物との間の反応の触媒、ならびにそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される添加剤、ならびに/またはシリカ、ケイ酸塩、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、グラフェン、フラーレン、カーボンナノチューブ、アルカリ土類炭酸塩、アルカリ土類酸化物、酸化亜鉛、二酸化チタン、酸化アルミニウム、アルカリ土類水酸化物、水酸化アルミニウムおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される充填剤をさらに含む、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の浸漬組成物。
- 5乾燥重量%~30乾燥重量%の固形分を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の浸漬組成物。
- ブロックイソシアネート、エポキシ基含有化合物およびカルボン酸官能基を有する任意のポリマーの総和に対するゴムラテックスの重量比が、少なくとも2である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の浸漬組成物。
- ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、ガラス、炭素、セルロース、ポリカーボネート、ポリケトンおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される織物補強材のコーティングのための、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の水性浸漬組成物の使用。
- 織物補強材をコーティングする方法であって、
織物補強材を、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の浸漬組成物で、浸漬によって処理する工程と、
前記組成物を、60~260℃の範囲の温度で熱処理する工程と
を含む、方法。 - 請求項12記載の方法によって得られる、コーティングされた織物補強材。
- (i)少なくとも1つのエラストマー化合物と、(ii)請求項13記載のコーティングされた織物補強材、または請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の熱処理された浸漬組成物でコーティングされた織物補強材とを含む、エラストマー物品。
- タイヤ、またはベルト、コンベヤーベルト、伝動ベルト、駆動ベルト、ホース、ストリップベルト、搬送ベルトおよびエアベローズ等のゴム物品である、請求項14記載のエラストマー物品。
