Claims (15)
- 텍스타일 보강 물질(textile reinforcing material)을 코팅시키기 위한 수성 침지 조성물(dipping composition)로서,
4 건조 중량% 내지 40 건조 중량%의 적어도 하나의 고무 라텍스로서, 단, 상기 고무 라텍스는 이소프렌 고무 라텍스가 아닌, 고무 라텍스,
0.1 건조 중량% 내지 10 건조 중량%의 적어도 하나의 블록화된(blocked) 이소시아네이트,
1 건조 중량% 내지 20 건조 중량%의 적어도 하나의 이소프렌 고무 라텍스, 및
0 건조 중량% 내지 6 건조 중량%의 적어도 하나의 에폭시기-함유 화합물
을 포함하며,
건조 중량%로 표현된 양은 수성 침지 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하고,
상기 조성물은 레조르시놀, 레조르시놀 예비축합물, 포름알데하이드 및 포름알데하이드-방출 성분이 본질적으로 없는, 침지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이소프렌 고무 라텍스가 아닌 적어도 하나의 고무 라텍스는 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 라텍스, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무 라텍스, 부틸 고무 라텍스, 스티렌-부타디엔-비닐피리딘 고무 라텍스, 니트릴 부타디엔 고무 라텍스, 클로로프렌 고무 라텍스, 부타디엔 고무 라텍스, 작용화된 고무 라텍스 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 침지 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 블록화된 이소시아네이트는 테트라메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 4,4'-디이소시아네이트, 옥타메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 데카메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 도데카메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 톨루엔 2,4- 또는 2,6-디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 방향족 디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸자일릴렌 디이소시아네이트, p-자일렌 디이소시아네이트, 2,4'- 또는 4,4'-디이소시아나토디페닐메탄, 페닐 1,3- 또는 1,4-디이소시아네이트, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단위를 포함하는, 침지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 이소프렌 고무 라텍스는 합성 이소프렌 고무 라텍스(IR), 천연 이소프렌 고무 라텍스(NR) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 침지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
4.5 건조 중량% 내지 20 건조 중량%의, 이소프렌 고무 라텍스가 아닌 적어도 하나의 고무 라텍스,
0.2 건조 중량% 내지 4.5 건조 중량%의 적어도 하나의 블록화된 이소시아네이트,
2 건조 중량% 내지 15 건조 중량%의 적어도 하나의 이소프렌 고무 라텍스, 및
0.2 건조 중량% 내지 4 건조 중량%의, 글리시딜계 글리세롤, 소르비톨계 에폭시 화합물, 페놀계 노볼락 에폭시 화합물, 크레졸계 노볼락 에폭시 화합물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 에폭시기-함유 화합물
을 포함하며,
건조 중량%로 표현된 양은 수성 침지 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하는, 침지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
에폭시기-함유 화합물을 함유하지 않는, 침지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
바람직하게는 암모늄 하이드록사이드, 소듐 하이드록사이드 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 염기를 추가로 포함하는, 침지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
왁스, 착색제, 카르복실산 작용기를 갖는 중합체, 이소시아네이트 디블록화(deblocking) 또는 삼량체화 반응의 촉매, 이소시아네이트와 에폭시기-함유 및/또는 하이드록실기-함유 화합물 또는 카르복실산 작용기를 갖는 중합체 사이의 반응의 촉매, 카르복실산 작용기를 갖는 중합체와 에폭시기-함유 및/또는 하이드록실기-함유 화합물 사이의 반응의 촉매, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 첨가제, 및/또는 실리카, 실리케이트, 카본 블랙, 그래파이트, 그래핀, 풀러렌, 탄소 나노튜브, 알칼리성 토(alkaline earth) 카르보네이트, 알칼리성 토 옥사이드, 아연 옥사이드, 티타늄 디옥사이드, 알루미늄 옥사이드, 알칼리성 토 하이드록사이드, 알루미늄 하이드록사이드 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 충전제를 추가로 포함하는, 침지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
5 내지 30 건조 중량%, 바람직하게는 7 내지 27 건조 중량%의 고형분 함량을 갖는, 침지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
블록화된 이소시아네이트, 에폭시-기 함유 화합물 및 선택적인 카르복실산 작용기를 갖는 중합체의 합계에 대한 고무 라텍스의 중량비는 적어도 2인, 침지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 침지 조성물의 용도로서,
바람직하게는 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리우레탄, 유리, 탄소, 셀룰로스, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리케톤 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 텍스타일 보강 물질을 코팅시키기 위한 용도. - 텍스타일 보강 물질을 코팅시키는 방법으로서,
- 텍스타일 보강 물질을 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 한에 따른 침지 조성물로 바람직하게는 침지에 의해 처리하는 단계; 및
- 상기 조성물을 바람직하게는 60℃ 내지 260℃ 범위의 온도에서 열-처리하는 단계
를 포함하는, 방법. - 제12항에 따른 방법으로부터 수득되는, 코팅된 텍스타일 보강 물질.
- 탄성중합체성 물품으로서,
(i) 적어도 하나의 탄성중합체성 화합물 및 (ii) 제13항에 따른 코팅된 텍스타일 보강 물질 또는 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열-처리된 침지 조성물로 코팅되는 텍스타일 보강 물질을 포함하는, 탄성중합체성 물품. - 제14항에 있어서,
타이어 또는 고무 물품, 예컨대 벨트, 컨베이어 벨트, 전송 벨트, 드라이브 벨트, 호스, 스트립 벨트, 수송 벨트, 및 에어 풀무인, 탄성중합체성 물품.
