Description
実証試験では、2円筒転がり-すべり摩擦力試験機を用いて、模擬車輪と模擬レール輪との接線力を測定した。特に、タンニン鉄からなる黒色皮膜の酸水溶液による除去効果、酸水溶液の濃度による効果の違い、酸水溶液の滴下による車輪/レール間の粘着力の変化について調査した。

Claims (5)
- 落葉による鉄道車両の走行時の車輪の空転や滑走を防止するレールの保守作業方法であって、
レール清掃装置の前後に第1の噴射装置及び第2の噴射装置を設けた保守作業車両を走行させて、前記第1の噴射装置からタンニン鉄を分解する酸水溶液をレール頭頂部に散布し、所定時間後に、前記レール清掃装置で前記レール頭頂部を擦過し前記落葉を脱離させ、更に、前記第2の噴射装置から前記レール頭頂部に中性又はアルカリ性の洗浄液を散布して洗浄することを特徴とする保守作業方法。 - 前記レール清掃装置は、前記落葉を脱離させるとともにタンニン鉄からなる黒色皮膜を除去することを特徴とする請求項1記載の保守作業方法。
- 前記酸水溶液はクエン酸水溶液であり、前記洗浄液は水又は重曹水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の保守作業方法。
- 前記クエン酸水溶液のクエン酸濃度を10%以下とすることを特徴とする請求項3記載の保守作業方法。
- 落葉による鉄道車両の走行時の車輪の空転や滑走を防止するレールの保守作業車両であって、
レール清掃装置の前後に第1の噴射装置及び第2の噴射装置を有し、
前記レール上を走行し、前記第1の噴射装置からタンニン鉄を分解する酸水溶液をレール頭頂部に散布し、所定時間後に、前記レール清掃装置で前記レール頭頂部を擦過し前記落葉を脱離させ、更に、前記第2の噴射装置から前記レール頭頂部に中性又はアルカリ性の洗浄液を散布して洗浄することを特徴とする保守作業車両。
