Claims (15)
- 人工弁であって、
複数の相互接続されたストラット部材を含む環状のフレームであって、前記フレームは折り重ねられた構成に径方向に折り重ね可能であり、拡張された構成に径方向に拡張可能である、環状の前記フレームと、
フレーム内に位置する複数の弁尖であって、各弁尖は前記弁尖の側部それぞれに配置された対向する交連タブ部分を含み、各交連タブ部分は隣接する弁尖の隣接する交連タブ部分と対になって少なくとも1つの交連部を形成する、複数の弁尖と、
前記フレームの内側表面に装着される複数の支柱部材とを備え、
前記支柱部材それぞれが、互いから離間する保持部材の対を備えており、
少なくとも1つの前記交連部の前記弁尖の前記交連タブ部分が、少なくとも1つの前記交連部を形成するために、複数の前記支柱部材のうち第1の支柱部材の前記保持部材同士の間に挿入されており、
支持部材が、対になった前記交連タブ部分が前記支持部材を通じて延在しているように、対になった前記交連タブ部分の周囲に少なくとも部分的に配設されている、人工弁。 - 前記支持部材が、前記交連タブ部分それぞれが折り目を備えているように、少なくとも1つの前記交連部の側部それぞれに配置された対になった前記交連タブ部分に固定されており、
補強部材が、各交連タブ部分の折り目に位置決めされており、
交連部取付アセンブリが、前記支柱部材のうち第1の支柱部材に固定されている請求項1に記載の人工弁。 - 前記補強部材及び前記交連タブ部分は、縫合糸によって前記支持部材に固定され、
前記支持部材は、前記縫合糸を受け入れるように構成されている開口部を備える請求項2に記載の人工弁。 - 前記交連部を形成する複数の前記弁尖が、第1の弁尖及び第2の弁尖から成り、
前記支持部材は、前記第1の弁尖を前記支持部材に固定する縫合糸を受け入れるための開口部の第1の列を備え、
前記支持部材は、開口部の前記第1の列からオフセットされている開口部の第2の列を備え、開口部の前記第2の列は前記第2の弁尖を前記支持部材に固定する縫合糸を受け入れるように構成される請求項3に記載の人工弁。 - 前記支持部材の前記開口部は、前記支持部材の中心に沿って一列に配置構成される請求項3に記載の人工弁。
- 前記交連部取付アセンブリの前記支持部材は、前記交連タブ部分と前記第1の支柱部材との間に位置決めされる請求項2に記載の人工弁。
- 前記人工弁が、前記フレームに接続されている内側スカートをさらに備え、前記弁尖の先端縁部分は、前記内側スカートに取り付けられる請求項2に記載の人工弁。
- 交連部取付アセンブリの前記交連タブ部分が、前記支持部材の周りに折り重ねられている請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記交連タブ部分が、第1の支柱部材と前記支持部材との間に位置決めされている請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記支持部材が、前記交連タブ部分の周りに少なくとも部分的に配設されているU字形部材を備えている請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記支持部材の少なくとも一部が、可撓性材料を含み、
前記支持部材が、前記交連タブ部分が貫通する中央開口部を備えている請求項1に記載の人工弁。 - 前記支柱部材が、前記保持部材を受け入れるように構成されている開口部を備えている請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記人工弁が、少なくとも1つの前記交連部の前記弁尖の前記交連タブ部分に少なくとも部分的に巻き付けられていると共に固定されている布製保護部材を備えている請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記布製保護部材が、前記第1の支柱部材の前記保持部材の周りに又は前記第1の支柱部材の周りに巻き付けられている請求項13に記載の人工弁。
- 前記人工弁が、前記保持部材を前記第1の支柱部材に向かって付勢することによって少なくとも1つの前記交連部の前記弁尖を把持するために、前記第1の支柱部材の前記保持部材の周りに延在している紐部材を備えている請求項1に記載の人工弁。
