Description
本出願は、2019年9月9日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/897,705号の優先権及び全ての利点を主張するものであり、その内容が、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
アミノ官能性オルガノシロキサン化合物(D)は、特に限定されず、本明細書の説明を考慮して当業者によって理解されるように、中間体アルコキシ官能性有機ケイ素化合物に関して上記のR3の官能基にオルガノシロキサン化合物を結合するのに(例えば、置換反応、置き換え反応(displacement reaction)、アルキル化反応などを介して)好適なアミン官能基(すなわち、アミノ基)を含む任意のオルガノシロキサン化合物であり得る。
Claims (6)
- アルコキシ官能性有機ケイ素化合物を調製する方法であって、前記方法が、
(A)少なくとも1つのアルコキシシリル基、及びエポキシド基、エステル基、無水物基、又はアクリルオキシ基を有する初期有機ケイ素化合物と、(B)有機アルコールを含むアルコール成分とを、(C1)カルボン酸アンモニウム化合物を含む(C)の触媒の存在下でトランスアルコキシル化反応により反応させて、それにより前記アルコキシ官能性有機ケイ素化合物を調製することを含む、方法。 - 前記初期有機ケイ素化合物(A)が、一般式:
[式中、各R1は、1~18個の炭素原子を有する独立して選択されるヒドロカルビル基であり、
各R2は、独立して選択される置換又は非置換ヒドロカルビル基であり、R3は、エポキシド基、エステル基、無水物基、又はアクリルオキシ基を含み、D1は、二価の連結基であり、下付き文字aは、1、2、又は3である]を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記カルボン酸アンモニウム化合物(C1)が、アミン化合物とカルボン酸との反応生成物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記初期有機ケイ素化合物(A)と前記アルコール成分(B)とを、前記触媒(C)の存在下で反応させることが、中間体アルコキシ官能性有機ケイ素化合物を生成するものであり、前記方法が、前記中間体アルコキシ官能性有機ケイ素化合物を(D)アミノ官能性オルガノシロキサン化合物と反応させて、それにより前記アルコキシ官能性有機ケイ素化合物を調製することを更に含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間体アルコキシ官能性有機ケイ素化合物が、一般式:
[式中、各R2は、独立して選択される置換又は非置換ヒドロカルビル基であり、R3は、エポキシド基、エステル基、無水物基、又はアクリルオキシ基を含み、各R4は、独立して選択される置換又は非置換ヒドロカルビル基であり、D1は、二価の連結基であり、下付き文字aは、1、2、又は3である]を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記アミノ官能性オルガノシロキサン化合物(D)が、一般式:
[式中、各R8は、独立して選択される置換又は非置換ヒドロカルビル基であり、各R9は、独立して、R8又は式-D2-NH2のアミノ基であり、式中D2は、独立して選択される二価の連結基であり、但し、少なくとも1つのR9は、前記アミノ基であり、下付き文字mは、0~1000であり、下付き文字nは、1~100である]を有する、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
