Description
Claims (20)
- 第1の絶縁層で絶縁された第1の導体と第2の絶縁層で絶縁された第2の導体とを有し、前記第1及び第2の絶縁層は、対応する導体の外周全体に沿って当該導体と接触しており、かつ前記第1及び第2の絶縁層は、フッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)を少なくとも95質量%含有している、導体のシングルツイストペア、及び
前記導体のツイストペアを囲んでいる外部ジャケット、
を有し、
前記第1の絶縁層及び第2の絶縁層が、-40~150℃の温度範囲、及び、1GHz~10GHzの周波数範囲にわたって1.7以上2.1未満の比誘電率を有する自動車通信ケーブル。 - 前記第1の絶縁層及び前記第2の絶縁層の少なくとも一方は、対応する導体とともに、実質的に気密なシールを形成する、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記第1及び第2の絶縁層は極性添加剤を実質的に含まない、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記第1及び第2の絶縁層は、少なくとも99質量%がFEPであり、かつ添加剤を実質的に含まない、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記導体のシングルツイストペアが有する前記第1及び第2の絶縁層を囲むシールドの層を更に有する、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルはイーサネットケーブルである、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、約10MHz~約10GHzの範囲で差動信号を伝送するよう構成されている、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、15メートル、温度範囲0℃~105℃、及び周波数帯域1MHz~400MHzにおける挿入損失が約10dB未満である、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、15メートル、温度範囲-40℃~125℃、及び周波数帯域10MHz~400MHzにおける挿入損失が約7dB未満である、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、15メートル、温度範囲-40℃~125℃、及び周波数帯域10MHz~600MHzにおける挿入損失が約10dB未満である、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、15メートル、温度範囲-40℃~125℃、及び周波数帯域10MHz~600MHzにおける挿入損失が約8.5dB未満である、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、105℃及び400MHzにおける挿入損失が、Open Alliance TC9規格に対して少なくとも5dB小さい、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、125℃及び600MHzにおける挿入損失が、Open Alliance TC9規格の許容挿入損失に対して少なくとも8dB小さい、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは26AWG銅線を有し、かつ15メートル、温度範囲23℃~125℃、及び周波数帯域100MHz~1GHzにおける挿入損失が約17.5dB未満である、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、15メートル、温度範囲23℃~125℃、及び周波数帯域100MHz~1GHzにおける挿入損失が約16.5dB未満である、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、15メートル、温度範囲23℃~125℃、及び周波数帯域100MHz~800MHzにおける挿入損失が約14.5dB未満である、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは、15メートル、温度範囲23℃~125℃、及び周波数帯域100MHz~600MHzにおける挿入損失が約12.5dB未満である、請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の前記ケーブルを有するモータビークル。
- 請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の前記ケーブルを有するボート又は船。
- モーター及び請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の前記ケーブルを有する機械装置。
