本出願は2021年6月21日付韓国特許出願第10-2021-0080122号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。

Claims (14)
- 複数の電池モジュールが取り付けられている下部パックフレーム、および
前記電池モジュールの上部に位置する上部パックフレームを含み、
前記下部パックフレームは前記電池モジュールの下面と接する底部と前記電池モジュールの少なくとも一側面と接するフレーム部を含み、
前記フレーム部は前記底部の縁から上部に向かって延びた側面フレームと前記側面フレームの内部に位置する内部フレームを含み、
前記内部フレームは前記内部フレームの外面を貫通する少なくとも一つのベントホールを含み、
前記内部フレームは前記電池モジュールで発生したガスが移動する経路になり、
前記内部フレームと前記上部パックフレームの間に位置するガスケット部をさらに含む電池パック。 - 前記複数の電池モジュールは前記側面フレームと前記内部フレームによって区切られる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記内部フレームは前記下部パックフレームの長手方向に沿って延びている水平ビームと前記水平ビームに垂直な方向に延びている少なくとも二つの垂直ビームを含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ベントホールは前記少なくとも二つの垂直ビームのうち互いに隣り合う前記垂直ビームの間に位置する前記水平ビームの外面に形成されており、
前記水平ビームは前記電池モジュールで発生したガスが移動する経路になる、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ベントホールは前記水平ビームの外面を貫通する、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記側面フレームのうち前記水平ビームに垂直な方向に延びている一面に少なくとも一つの破裂部が形成されており、
前記破裂部は前記電池パックの内部圧力が一定水準以上に達すると破裂する、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記破裂部が形成された前記側面フレームの一面と隣接して位置する前記垂直ビームは互いに離隔している、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記水平ビームの一端部は前記破裂部が形成された前記側面フレームの一面と隣接して位置する前記垂直ビームまで延びており、
前記水平ビームの一端部は前記側面フレームに向かって開放されている、請求項7に記載の電池パック。 - 前記水平ビームの一端部は前記破裂部が形成された前記側面フレームの一面まで延びており、
前記水平ビームの一端部は前記側面フレームの一面と接し、前記側面フレームの一面と前記水平ビームの一端部は互いに連通されている、請求項7に記載の電池パック。 - 前記内部フレームは前記下部パックフレームの長手方向に沿って延びている水平ビームと前記水平ビームに垂直な方向に延びている少なくとも二つの垂直ビームを含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガスケット部は第1ガスケット部および第2ガスケット部を含み、
前記第1ガスケット部は前記水平ビーム上に位置して、前記第2ガスケット部は前記少なくとも二つの垂直ビーム上にそれぞれ位置する、請求項10に記載の電池パック。 - 前記複数の電池モジュールと電気的に連結されるインターバスバーを含み、
前記インターバスバーは前記第1ガスケット部および前記第2ガスケット部の少なくとも一つに沿って延び、前記第1ガスケット部および前記第2ガスケット部の少なくとも一つに取り付けられる、請求項11に記載の電池パック。 - 前記インターバスバーは耐熱性ゴムでシーリングされている、請求項12に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項による電池パックを含む、デバイス。
