Description
以下に、第1実施形態に係る共培養装置(以下「共培養装置100」とする)の構成を説明する。
以下に、第2実施形態に係る共培養装置(以下「共培養装置200」とする)の構成を説明する。ここでは、共培養装置100の構成と異なる点を主に説明し、重複する説明は繰り返さない。
Claims (10)
- 細胞を培養するための第1主面及び前記第1主面と反対側の第2主面を含む第1メンブレンと、前記第1主面により一部が画成され、第1培地が流れる第1流路と、前記第2主面により一部が画成され、前記第1培地よりも溶存酸素濃度が高い第2培地が流れる第2流路とを有する第1本体部と、
前記第1流路に供給される前記第1培地の溶存酸素濃度を調整するための酸素濃度調整部とを備え、
前記酸素濃度調整部は、細胞を培養するための第3主面及び前記第3主面と反対側の第4主面とを含む第2メンブレンと、前記第3主面により一部が画成され、前記第1流路に供給される前記第1培地が流れる第3流路と、前記第4主面により一部が画成され、前記第3流路を流れる前記第1培地よりも溶存酸素濃度が高い第3培地が流れる第4流路とを有する第2本体部である、共培養装置。 - 第1接続口と、第2接続口と、セプタムが接続可能な第3接続口とを有する三方コネクタをさらに備え、
前記第3流路を流れた前記第1培地は、前記第1接続口から前記三方コネクタへと流入するとともに、前記第2接続口から流出して前記第1流路に供給される、請求項1に記載の共培養装置。 - 前記第1本体部及び前記第2本体部が浸漬される液体が貯留されている容器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の共培養装置。
- 前記液体を保温するヒータをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の共培養装置。
- 前記液体中の酸素を脱気する脱気装置をさらに備える、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の共培養装置。
- 前記第1本体部は、前記第1流路と前記第2流路との間の電位差を測定可能な電極をさらに有する、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の共培養装置。
- 第1培地の溶存酸素濃度を調整する工程と、
細胞が培養された第1メンブレンの第1主面により一部が画成された第1流路に溶存酸素濃度が調整された前記第1培地を流す工程と、
前記第1主面とは反対側にある前記第1メンブレンの第2主面により一部が画成された
第2流路に前記第1培地よりも溶存酸素濃度が高い第2培地を流すとともに、前記第2培地から前記第1メンブレンを介して前記第1流路側へと酸素を供給する工程とを備え、
前記第1培地の溶存酸素濃度を調整する工程は、
細胞が培養された第2メンブレンの第3主面により一部が画成された第3流路に前記第1培地を流す工程と、
前記第3主面とは反対側にある前記第2メンブレンの第4主面により一部が画成された第4流路に前記第1培地よりも溶存酸素濃度が高い第3培地を流すとともに、前記第3培地から前記第2メンブレンを介して前記第3流路側へと酸素を供給する工程とを有する、共培養方法。 - 前記第3流路を流れた後であって、前記第1流路を流れる前の前記第1培地に菌を加える工程をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の共培養方法。
- 前記第3流路を流れた後であって、前記第1流路を流れる前の前記第1培地の一部を採取する工程をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の共培養方法。
- 前記第1流路を流れた前記第1培地及び前記第2流路を流れた前記第2培地のうちの少なくとも一方を質量分析する工程をさらに備える、請求項7~請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の共培養方法。
