Claims (8)
- 非円形状の輪郭を有するカム部材と、前記カム部材の外周面に装着されたころ軸受と、を備えている、波動歯車装置の波動発生器において、
前記ころ軸受のころは、当該ころのころ外周面に、当該ころ外周面のころ軸線方向中心部を含んだころ摺動面を含んでおり、
前記ころ外周面を当該ころ外周面のころ軸線方向中心部が最大直径となるように径方向外側に向かって湾曲させることで、前記ころ摺動面は、前記ころ外周面のころ軸線方向中心部が最大直径となるように径方向外側に向かって凸となるように湾曲した曲面となっており、
前記ころ摺動面のうちの、前記ころ外周面のころ軸線方向中心部を挟んだ2つのころ摺動面領域のうちの少なくともいずれか一方は、前記ころのころ軸線方向端に向かって先細りしたころ縮径面を含んでおり、当該ころ縮径面は、径方向外側に向かって湾曲した曲面であり、
前記ころの基準直径φA1と、前記ころ縮径面のころ軸線方向端の直径φA2とは、60≦(φA2/φA1)×100≦99の条件を満たしており、
前記ころ軸線に対する前記ころ縮径面の傾斜角又は当該ころ軸線に対する前記ころ摺動面の傾斜角は、真円状態のフレクスプラインが前記カム部材の長軸側において、前記フレクスプラインの周壁の屈曲部を基点に径方向外側に張り出したときの、前記カム部材の長軸側での、前記ころ軸線に対する前記フレクススプラインの傾き角度よりも大きく、コーニングが前記フレクスプラインに発生し得るときには、当該フレクススプライン又は前記ころ軸受の外輪を前記ころ縮径面に沿って傾斜させられる、波動歯車装置の波動発生器。 - 前記ころ軸受は、前記ころを保持する保持器を備えており、前記保持器は、前記ころ外周面のころ軸線方向端部を保持している、請求項1に記載された波動歯車装置の波動発生器。
- 前記ころ軸受は、前記ころを保持する保持器を備えており、前記保持器は、前記ころ摺動面Fsの転動方向摺動部分を保持している、請求項1に記載された波動歯車装置の波動発生器。
- 前記ころ軸受は、前記保持器を複数備える、請求項2又は3に記載された波動歯車装置の波動発生器。
- 前記保持器は、樹脂又は軽金属によって形成されている、請求項2又は3に記載された波動歯車装置の波動発生器。
- 前記ころ軸受は、内輪及び外輪の少なくともいずれか一方を備える構成である、請求項1に記載された波動歯車装置の波動発生器。
- 前記ころ軸受は、前記ころを前記カム部材及びフレクスプラインに接触させる構成である、請求項1に記載された波動歯車装置の波動発生器。
- サーキュラスプラインと、フレクスプラインと、請求項1に記載された波動発生器と、を備える、波動歯車装置。
