Claims (15)
- 入力ユニット、規定ユニット、決定ユニットおよび相互関係ユニットを有する診断画像データを分析する装置の作動方法において、
前記入力ユニットが、患者の血管系における関心血管の第1の診断画像及び第2の診断画像を取得するステップと、
前記規定ユニットが、前記第1の診断画像における前記関心血管に対する少なくとも1つの決定位置及び前記第2の診断画像における前記関心血管に対する少なくとも1つの決定位置を規定するステップと、
前記決定ユニットが、前記第1の診断画像に対する前記少なくとも1つの決定位置における少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの第1の値及び前記第2の診断画像に対する前記少なくとも1つの決定位置における同じ少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの第2の値を決定するステップと、
前記相互関係ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの第1の値及び前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの第2の値の比較に基づいて、前記第1の診断画像において表される前記関心血管に沿った1つ以上の血管位置を、前記第2の診断画像において表される前記関心血管に沿った1つ以上の血管位置と関連付けるステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記第1の診断画像及び前記第2の診断画像の取得は、
第1の取得設定を使用して第1の診断撮像モダリティによって前記第1の診断画像を取得するステップと、
前記第1の取得設定とは異なる第2の取得設定を使用して前記第1の診断撮像モダリティによって前記第2の診断画像を取得するステップと、
を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の診断画像及び前記第2の診断画像の取得は、
第1の診断撮像モダリティによって第1の診断画像を取得するステップと、
前記第1の診断撮像モダリティとは異なる第2の診断撮像モダリティによって第2の診断画像を取得するステップと、
を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の診断撮像モダリティが、非侵襲的診断撮像モダリティに対応し、前記第2の診断撮像モダリティが、侵襲的診断撮像モダリティに対応する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの前記第1の値及び/又は前記第2の値の決定は、
前記関心血管の血管内測定データを取得するステップと、
前記血管内測定データに基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの決定位置における前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの前記第1及び第2の値を導出するステップと、
を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの前記第1の値及び/又は前記第2の値の決定は、
前記関心血管に対する流体力学モデルを生成するステップと、
前記流体力学モデルに基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの決定位置における前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの前記第1及び第2の値を導出するステップと、
を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記入力ユニットが、それぞれ前記第1の診断画像及び/又は前記第2の診断画像を取得するために使用される1つ以上の取得パラメータを取得するステップ、
を有し、
前記関連付けるステップが、前記比較に加えて、前記1つ以上の取得パラメータに基づく、
を更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の診断画像に表される前記関心血管に沿った前記1つ以上の血管位置を、前記第2の診断画像に表される前記関心血管に沿った1つ以上の血管位置と関連付けるステップは、それぞれ前記第1及び第2の診断画像に表される前記関心血管に沿った前記1つ以上の血管位置に対するポイントツーポイント対応を決定するステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の診断画像及び/又は前記第2の診断画像が、コンピュータ断層撮影血管造影及び/又は侵襲的血管造影及び/又は血管内超音波撮像及び/又は磁気共鳴診断撮像及び/又は心臓内心エコー検査及び/又は経食道心エコー検査のうちの1つ以上を用いて取得される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記相互関係ユニットが、前記第1の診断画像及び前記第2の診断画像に表される関心血管に沿った少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの間の対応関係を有する訓練データセットを用いて機械学習アルゴリズムを訓練するステップと、
前記相互関係ユニットが、前記訓練された機械学習アルゴリズムを使用して、前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの前記第1の値及び前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの前記第2の値から、前記第1の診断画像及び前記第2の診断画像に表される前記関心血管に沿った前記1つ以上の血管位置に対するポイントツーポイント対応を決定するステップと、
を更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記装置が、モデリングユニットを有し、
前記モデリングユニットが、それぞれ前記第1の診断画像及び前記第2の診断画像に表される前記関心血管をセグメント化するステップと、
前記モデリングユニットが、前記セグメント化に基づいて、前記関心血管の生理学的モデルを生成するステップと、
を更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 患者の血管系における関心血管の第1の診断画像及び第2の診断画像を取得するように構成された入力ユニットと、
前記第1の診断画像における前記関心血管に対する少なくとも1つの決定位置、及び前記第2の診断画像における前記関心血管に対する少なくとも1つの決定位置を規定するように構成された規定ユニットと、
前記第1の診断画像に対する前記少なくとも1つの決定位置における少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの第1の値、及び前記第2の診断画像に対する前記少なくとも1つの決定位置における同じ少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの第2の値を決定するように構成された決定ユニットと、
前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの前記第1の値及び前記少なくとも1つの機能パラメータの前記第2の値の比較に基づいて、前記第1の診断画像において表される前記関心血管に沿った1つ以上の血管位置を、前記第2の診断画像において表される前記関心血管に沿った1つ以上の血管位置と関連付けるように構成された相互関係ユニットと、
を有する、診断画像データを分析する装置。 - 前記第1の診断画像及び前記第2の診断画像に基づいて前記関心血管の生理学的モデルを生成するように構成されるモデリングユニット、
を更に有する、請求項12に記載の装置。 - 処理ユニットによって実行される場合に、請求項12又は13のいずれか1項に記載の装置に請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行させるように構成されたコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項14に記載のコンピュータプログラムを記憶したコンピュータ可読媒体。
