圧力線形回帰計算および所定の閾値圧力レベルに基づいて、1つまたはそれを上回るガス濃縮器構成要素に関する故障までの第2の予測時間を決定する論理と、
前記故障までの第1および第2の予測時間を比較する論理と、
前記比較に基づいて、時間窓を設定する論理と、
前記システムが前記時間窓内にあるとき、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させるための論理と
を備える、コントローラと
を備える、システム。

前記故障までの第1および第2の予測時間を比較する論理は、前記故障までの第1および第2の予測時間のうちのどちらがより早く生じるであろうかを決定する論理を備える、項目17に記載のシステム。
(項目19)
前記比較に基づいて、時間窓を設定する論理は、前記より早く生じる故障までの予測時間に基づいて、前記時間窓を設定する論理を備える、項目18に記載のシステム。
(項目20)
前記システムが前記時間窓内にあるとき、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させるための論理は、前記システムが30日時間窓内にあるとき、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させる論理を備える、項目17に記載のシステム。
本明細書に説明されるように、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素が、接続される、継合される、添着される、結合される、取り付けられる、または別様に相互接続されるものとして説明される、または示されるとき、そのような相互接続は、構成要素の間として直接的であってもよい、または1つまたはそれを上回る中間構成要素の使用を通して等、間接的であってもよい。また、本明細書に説明されるように、部材、構成要素、または部分の言及は、単一の構造的部材、構成要素、要素、または部分に限定されるものとせず、構成要素、部材、要素、または部分の集合体を含むことができる。
Claims (13)

前記酸素線形回帰の傾きおよび圧力線形回帰の傾きを決定することと、
前記酸素線形回帰の傾きおよび前記圧力線形回帰の傾きに基づいて、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させることと
を含む、方法。 - 前記酸素線形回帰の傾きおよび前記圧力線形回帰の傾きに基づいて、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させることは、
前記酸素線形回帰を使用し、前記構成要素の予測される故障前に終了する期間である時間窓を発生させること
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記酸素線形回帰の傾きおよび前記圧力線形回帰の傾きに基づいて、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させることはさらに、
前記圧力線形回帰の傾きが前記時間窓の間に正であるかまたは負であるかを決定すること
を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記酸素線形回帰の傾きおよび前記圧力線形回帰の傾きに基づいて、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させることはさらに、

酸素線形回帰および所定の閾値酸素純度レベルに基づいて、1つまたはそれを上回るガス濃縮器構成要素に関する故障までの第1の予測時間を決定することと、
圧力線形回帰および所定の閾値圧力レベルに基づいて、1つまたはそれを上回るガス濃縮器構成要素に関する故障までの第2の予測時間を決定することと、
前記故障までの第1および第2の予測時間を比較することと、
前記比較に基づいて、前記1つまたはそれを上回るガス濃縮器構成要素の前記故障までの第1の予測時間または前記故障までの第2の予測時間のうちの早い方の予測時間の前に終了する期間を有する時間窓を設定することと、
前記システムが前記時間窓内にあるとき、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させることと
を含む、方法。 - 前記故障までの第1および第2の予測時間を比較することは、前記故障までの第1および第2の予測時間のうちのどちらがより早く生じるであろうかを決定することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記比較に基づいて、時間窓を設定することは、前記より早く生じる故障までの予測時間に基づいて、前記時間窓を設定することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記システムが前記時間窓内にあるとき、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させるための論理は、前記システムが30日時間窓内にあるとき、1つまたはそれを上回る構成要素アラームを発生させることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
