Claims (13)
- 電池監視ユニット(10)に結合され、少なくとも二つの電池群(22)を備える電池(1)の、互いに並列に接続されている少なくとも二つの電池セル(24)を備える電池群(22)ごとに、電圧(14A、14B)を受信するよう構成されたインタフェース(12)を含む、電池監視ユニット(10)であって、
前記インタフェース(12)から受信した、少なくとも二つの直列接続された電池群(22)の前記電圧(14A、14B)を互いに比較し、前記比較の結果に基づいて信号(18)を出力するよう構成される、評価ユニット(16)が設けられ、
前記評価ユニット(16)が、前記インタフェース(12)から受信した前記電圧(14A、14B)を比較するために、前記電圧の差分値、及び/又は前記電圧の商、を求め、前記差分値及び/又は前記商に基づいて信号を出力するよう構成され、
前記評価ユニット(16)が、前記差分値及び/又は前記商に基づいて、前記それぞれの電池群(22)の抵抗値の相異を求めるよう構成され、前記抵抗値の相異が、前記電池群(22)の動作状態に特有である、電池監視ユニット(10)。 - 前記評価ユニット(16)が、前記差分値が所定の閾値を超えるか、又は前記商が1から所定の限度までずれている場合に、前記信号(18)を出力するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記評価ユニット(16)が、前記差分値と、前記差分値を生成する前記電池群(22)のうちの少なくとも一つの電圧値との比が、0.01:1.0から0.25:1.0、好ましくは0.05:1.0から0.20:1.0、となる場合に、前記信号(18)を出力するよう構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記比較の結果の、好ましくは前記差分値及び/又は前記商の、推移を記録し、前記推移が所定の推移からずれている場合に前記信号(18)を出力するよう構成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記評価ユニット(16)が、電流/電圧特性曲線を備え、前記それぞれの比較及び前記電流/電圧特性曲線に基づいて、前記信号(18)を出力するよう構成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記インタフェース(12)を介して前記電池(1)の特性データを受信し、前記特性データを中央ユニット(100)に送信し、前記送信された特性データに応じた少なくとも一つの電流/電圧特性曲線を、前記中央ユニット(100)から受信するよう構成される、電池監視ユニット(10)であって、前記評価ユニット(16)が、前記それぞれの比較及び前記電流/電圧特性曲線に基づいて、前記信号(18)を出力するよう構成される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記特性データが、電池の種類、電池群ごとの並列接続された電池セルの数、セルの種類、直列接続された電池群の数、前記電池(1)の用途、及び/又は前記電池(1)の動作データを含む、請求項6に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記受信した電圧(14A、14B)並びに/又は前記比較のそれぞれの結果、好ましくは前記差分値及び/若しくは前記商、を前記中央ユニットに送信するよう構成される、電池監視ユニット(10)であって、前記受信した電流/電圧特性曲線が、対応する特性データを有する複数の電池(1)について前記中央ユニットが評価した電圧、及び/又は前記比較の結果に基づく、請求項6又は7に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記評価ユニット(16)が、前記少なくとも二つの直列接続された電池群(22)用のそれぞれの電流センサから、前記インタフェース(12)を介して電流の流量を受信し、前記それぞれの電流の流量に基づいて、前記信号(18)を出力し続けるよう更に構成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記評価ユニット(16)が、リアル・タイム又は所定の時間間隔で、前記それぞれの比較を実行するよう構成される、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記信号(18)が、前記電池(1)についての警告、メンテナンス信号、及び/又は制御信号を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 前記比較が、隣り合う電池群(22)に対してそれぞれ実行される、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の電池監視ユニット(10)を備え、少なくとも二つの電池群(22)を備える、走行用電池であって、各電池群(22)が、並列に相互接続されている複数の円筒形電池セル(24)を備える、走行用電池。
