Description
Claims (10)
- ジャム検出デバイス(44、46)を有するシート加工機械であって、
前記ジャム検出デバイス(44,46)は、前記シート加工機械(10)の加工ステーションの検出ゾーン(53、78)に光障壁を形成する発光要素及び受光要素を備え、
前記検出ゾーン(53、78)は、前記シート加工機械(10)によって加工されたシート(12)又はブランク(11)を収集するためのラック(54)の下に配置され、
前記ジャム検出デバイス(44,46)は、前記受光要素に接続されてかつ前記光障壁が遮断された場合に記録するように構成された制御ユニット(48)を更に備え、
前記発光要素及び前記受光要素によって前記検出ゾーン(53、78)に形成された前記光障壁は、1よりも多い光線を備える光カーテン(62)であり、前記制御ユニット(48)は、前記光線のうちの1又は2以上が遮断された場合に記録するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とするシート加工機械。 - 前記受光要素及び前記発光要素は、それぞれ第1のレール(58)及び第2のレール(60)上に装着され、前記第1のレール(58)及び前記第2のレール(60)は、特に互いに平行である、
請求項1に記載のシート加工機械。 - 前記加工ステーションは、前記検出ゾーン(53、78)に少なくとも部分的に配置されたツールを備え、
前記制御ユニット(48)は、前記ツールに関する情報を格納するためのストレージモジュール(50)を備える、
請求項1または請求項2に記載のシート加工機械。 - 前記ツールに関する前記情報は、前記光障壁が前記ツールによって遮断される場合、特に、前記光線のうちの1又は2以上が前記ツールによって遮断される場合を示す、光線遮蔽マップを備える、
請求項3に記載のシート加工機械。 - 前記ツールに関する前記情報は、ツール識別子を含む、
請求項3又は請求項4に記載のシート加工機械。 - 前記制御ユニット(48)は、前記ツール識別子が、関連する光線遮蔽マップと共に前記ストレージモジュール(50)に予め格納されていない場合に、前記ツールの前記光線遮蔽マップを自動的に決定するように構成されている、
請求項5に記載のシート加工機械。 - 前記制御ユニット(48)は、前記ツールに関する前記情報を取得するために学習モードに入るように構成されている、
請求項3ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のシート加工機械。 - 前記ツールは、ブランキングツール(23)である、
請求項3ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のシート加工機械。 - 前記制御ユニット(48)に接続されたヒューマン・マシン・インタフェース(52)を備える、
請求項4に記載のシート加工機械。 - 前記制御ユニット(48)は、前記光障壁が遮断された場合に前記ヒューマン・マシン・インタフェース(52)に警告メッセージを送信するように構成され、
特に、前記警告メッセージは、前記光障壁の前記遮断が前記ストレージモジュール(50)に格納された前記ツールの前記光線遮蔽マップに対応しない場合にのみ送信される、
請求項9に記載のシート加工機械。
