Description
以下では、本実施形態のトラクタについて説明する。図1に示すように、トラクタは、左右の前車輪10、左右の後車輪11、カバー部材12を備えている。
図4は、モータMの駆動にかかる機能部を示すブロック図である。図4のブロック図には、バッテリ(走行用バッテリ)4、インバータ14、モータM、回転数情報取得部41、走行装置42、操作具43、制御部44、報知部57、DC/DCコンバータ71、温度情報取得部72、電流制限部73、バッテリ情報取得部74、異常度算定部75、冷媒温度情報取得部76、ポンプ81、ラジエータ82、ファン83、ファン制御部84が示される。各機能部は、モータMの駆動を行うために、CPUを中核部材としてハードウェア又はソフトウェア或いはその両方で構築されている。
上記実施形態では、電動作業車がトラクタである場合の例を挙げて説明したが、電動作業車はトラクタ以外の作業車、すなわち田植機、コンバイン、建設機械、芝刈り機などであっても良い。

Claims (4)
- 機体に搭載されるバッテリと、
前記バッテリの出力に基づく直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータと、
前記インバータにより変換された前記交流電力により駆動するモータと、
前記モータの回転数を示す回転数情報を取得する回転数情報取得部と、
前記モータにより駆動される走行装置と、
前記モータに要求する要求回転数を変更する操作具と、
前記回転数情報と前記要求回転数とに応じて前記インバータを駆動して、前記モータを流れる電流を制御する制御部と、
前記バッテリの出力電圧の電圧値を、前記制御部に対して電源として印加可能な電圧値に変換するDC/DCコンバータと、
前記インバータの温度を示すインバータ温度情報、前記モータの温度を示すモータ温度情報、及び前記DC/DCコンバータの温度を示すコンバータ温度情報を取得する温度情報取得部と、
前記バッテリの蓄電量を示す蓄電量情報及び前記バッテリの温度を示すバッテリ温度情報の少なくともいずれか一方を取得するバッテリ情報取得部と、
前記インバータの温度が予め設定された温度より高い場合に、前記モータを流れる電流を制限する電流制限部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記インバータの温度、前記モータの温度、及び前記DC/DCコンバータの温度のうち、少なくともいずれか一つが予め設定された温度より高い場合に、前記モータを流れる電流を制限し、
前記制御部は、前記バッテリの蓄電量が予め設定された蓄電量よりも少ない場合及び前記バッテリの温度が予め設定された温度よりも高い場合の少なくともいずれか一方の場合に、前記モータを流れる電流を制限し、
前記インバータは、前記バッテリ及び前記モータと隣り合う位置に配置されている電動作業車。 - 前記インバータ温度情報、前記モータ温度情報、及び前記コンバータ温度情報に基づいて、前記インバータ、前記モータ、及び前記DC/DCコンバータの夫々の異常の度合いを算定する異常度算定部を備え、
前記モータを流れる電流は、前記異常の度合いが大きい程、大きく制限される請求項1に記載の電動作業車。 - 前記インバータ、前記モータ、及び前記DC/DCコンバータを冷却する冷媒の温度を示す冷媒温度情報を取得する冷媒温度情報取得部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記冷媒の温度が予め設定された温度より高い場合に、前記モータを流れる電流を制限する請求項1又は2に記載の電動作業車。 - 前記モータの電流が制限された場合に、当該モータの電流を制限することになった理由を報知する報知部を備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車。
