Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路10について、図1~図4を参照しながら説明する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路40について、図5を参照しながら説明する。第2実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路40は、主弁12およびパイロット弁18の動作頻度を調整する回路が追加されている点で、第1実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路10と異なる。なお、第1実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路10と同一または同等の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路50について、図6を参照しながら説明する。第3実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路50は、主弁12に接続される第1エア供給源54と、主弁12およびパイロット弁18に接続される第2エア供給源56とを備える点で、第2実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路40と異なる。また、第3実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路50は、外部パイロット弁58を備える点で、第2実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路40と異なる。なお、第2実施形態に係る間欠エア吐出用流体回路40と同一または同等の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付してある。

Claims (6)
- エア吐出装置の吐出口からワークに向けて間欠的にエアを吐出するための間欠エア吐出用流体回路であって、
吐出用パイロット室を備えた主弁と、給気用パイロット室を備えたパイロット弁とを含み、前記主弁は、前記給気用パイロット室がエア供給源に接続されるとともに前記吐出口が大気に開放される第1位置と、前記給気用パイロット室が大気に開放されるとともに前記吐出口がエア供給源に接続される第2位置との間で切り換えられ、前記パイロット弁は、前記吐出用パイロット室が大気に開放される第1位置と、前記吐出用パイロット室がエア供給源に接続される第2位置との間で切り換えられ、
前記第1位置にある前記主弁は、前記パイロット弁が前記第1位置から前記第2位置に切り換わった後でなければ、前記第2位置に切り換わらず、前記第2位置にある前記主弁は、前記パイロット弁が前記第2位置から前記第1位置に切り換わった後でなければ、前記第1位置に切り換わらず、前記主弁が前記第1位置に切り換わった後において、前記エア供給源からのエアは、前記パイロット弁の前記給気用パイロット室および前記主弁の前記吐出用パイロット室に供給されるとき、前記吐出口からは吐出されない、間欠エア吐出用流体回路。 - 請求項1記載の間欠エア吐出用流体回路において、
前記給気用パイロット室と前記主弁とを接続する流路に第1絞り弁が配置され、前記吐出用パイロット室と前記パイロット弁とを接続する流路に第2絞り弁が配置される間欠エア吐出用流体回路。 - 請求項2記載の間欠エア吐出用流体回路において、
前記第1絞り弁と並列に第1チェック弁が配置され、前記第2絞り弁と並列に第2チェック弁が配置される間欠エア吐出用流体回路。 - 請求項1記載の間欠エア吐出用流体回路において、
前記吐出口、前記給気用パイロット室および前記吐出用パイロット室は、同一のエア供給源に接続される間欠エア吐出用流体回路。 - 請求項1記載の間欠エア吐出用流体回路において、
前記吐出口は、第1エア供給源に接続され、前記給気用パイロット室および前記吐出用パイロット室は、第2エア供給源に接続される間欠エア吐出用流体回路。 - 請求項5記載の間欠エア吐出用流体回路において、
前記給気用パイロット室および前記吐出用パイロット室は、外部パイロット弁を介して前記第2エア供給源に接続される間欠エア吐出用流体回路。
