Description
Claims (5)
- 正極タブを有する正極及び負極を含む電極体と、
前記電極体を収容する、有底筒状の金属製の外装体と、
前記外装体の開口部をガスケットを介して封止する封口体と、を備え、
前記封口体は、金属製の弁体を含み、
前記弁体は、周縁部と前記周縁部より前記電極体側に張り出した反転部を有し、
前記正極タブは、前記電極体から導出され前記反転部に接続されるとともに、前記電極体と前記反転部に囲まれた範囲に非直線部を有し、
前記非直線部は、平面視で前記正極タブの導出方向に沿って配置されている両端において互いに対向する凹部と凸部を有し、
電池内部の圧力の上昇により、前記反転部が反転する際に前記正極タブに前記導出方向の引張応力が作用する、密閉電池。 - 前記正極タブは、導出方向に垂直な断面の面積が一定である、請求項1に記載の密閉電池。
- 前記非直線部が、V形状である、請求項1又は2に記載の密閉電池。
- 前記周縁部と前記反転部の間に、前記周縁部から内周側に向かって厚みが連続的に減少する傾斜部が形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の密閉電池。
- 前記ガスケットは、前記開口部の径方向に圧縮されている、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の密閉電池。
