Claims (22)
- カテーテル(2)内を案内される可撓性駆動シャフト(3)と、前記駆動シャフト(3)の遠位領域で前記駆動シャフト(3)に接続された送達要素(6)と、モータ(7)とを備える血液ポンプであり、前記モータ(7)が、ステータ(36)と、前記ステータ(36)内に回転可能に取り付けられたロータ(30)とを備え、前記ステータ(36)が、巻線(37)を備え、前記ロータ(30)が、ロータ磁石(31)を備え、前記駆動シャフト(3)が、前記駆動シャフト(3)の近位端部で前記ロータ(30)に接続されている血液ポンプであって、
前記ステータ(36)と前記ロータ(30)とが、取外し不能に互いに接続され、前記ロータ(30)と前記ステータ(36)によって画定される隙間(40)を形成し、
前記血液ポンプは、前記リンス流体が、前記ロータ(30)の近位端から遠位端まで、前記ロータ(30)の周りを洗うように、前記リンス流体を、前記ロータ(30)の近位端から遠位端に向かって流すように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記隙間(40)が、最大で1mmの幅を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記隙間(40)に流体接続されたリンス開口(41)を特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項3に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記リンス開口(41)が、前記モータ(7)の近位端部に配置されたリンス接続部(42)に接続されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項3または4のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記隙間(40)が、前記カテーテル(2)と前記駆動シャフト(3)の間に形成される中間空間に流体接続され、
前記リンス流体が、前記隙間(40)と、前記中間空間と、を通して患者の体内に案内される、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記隙間(40)が、0.05mmの最小幅を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記巻線(37)が、前記ロータ磁石(31)の外径の最大で1.5倍に対応する内径を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記巻線(37)と前記ロータ磁石(31)の間の径方向距離が、最大で2mmであることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記巻線(37)が、生体適合性ポッティング化合物にポッティングされることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記ステータ(36)が、基本的に環状の断面を有する液密スリーブ(44)を備え、前記液密スリーブ(44)によって前記隙間(40)が画定されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項10に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記スリーブ(44)が、前記ロータ磁石(31)の軸方向長さの1.5倍より小さい軸方向の長さを有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記ロータ(30)が、少なくとも1つの滑り軸受によって径方向に取り付けられることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記ロータが、少なくとも1つの玉軸受によって径方向に取り付けられることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項13に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも1つの玉軸受が、磁化不能材料を含むことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項11または14のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも1つの玉軸受が、セラミック材料を含む玉を備えることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも1つの玉軸受が、プラスチックを含む保持器を備えることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記ロータ(30)が、前記ロータ磁石(31)を保護するためのコーティングおよび/またはカバーを有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記血液ポンプが、前記モータ(7)が患者の体外に配置されているときに心室から患者の血管に血液を送り込むように構成されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記送達要素(6)および筐体(5)を含む展開可能なポンプヘッド(4)を特徴とし、前記送達要素(6)および前記筐体(5)が、強制的に圧縮された後で自動的に展開するように設計されている血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記隙間(40)が、少なくとも0.1mmの幅を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項9に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記生体適合性ポッティング化合物が、熱伝達を改善する熱伝達性物質を含む、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、さらに、
前記モータに接続された冷却リブを備えた冷却体、または、前記モータの動作時に生成される熱を放散させるヒートチューブを含む、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
