Claims (15)
- 電極およびセパレータが積層されて形成された電極組立体を内部に収容するカップ部がそれぞれ形成された第1ケースおよび第2ケースと、
二つの前記カップ部の間に形成されたブリッジとを含み、
前記ブリッジは、厚さが2mm以下であり、
前記ブリッジの厚さは、前記ブリッジと前記ブリッジ側の外壁の境界点をそれぞれ通過し、底部と垂直な二つのブリッジ垂直線の間の距離であって、前記電極組立体の幅の1/200~1/30であり、
前記カップ部は、6.5mm以上の深さを有しており、
前記カップ部は、周辺を囲む複数の外壁と底部とをそれぞれ連結する、ラウンディングされて形成されている複数のパンチエッジを含み、
前記パンチエッジの曲率半径は、前記カップ部の深さの1/20~1/6であり、
前記カップ部は、前記外壁とサイドまたはデガッシング部を連結する、ラウンディングされて形成されている複数のダイエッジをさらに含み、
前記ダイエッジの曲率半径は、前記カップ部の深さの1/20~1/6であり、
前記ダイエッジと前記ダイエッジ側の外壁の境界点を通過し、前記底部と垂直なダイエッジ垂直線と、前記ダイエッジ側のパンチエッジと前記ダイエッジ側の外壁の境界点を通過し、前記底部と垂直なエッジ垂直線との垂直距離が、0.5mm以下であり、
パウチフィルムを成形して製造され、
前記パウチフィルムは、
第1ポリマーで製造され、最内層として形成されたシーラント層と、
第2ポリマーで製造され、最外層として形成された表面保護層と、
前記表面保護層と前記シーラント層との間に積層された水分バリア層とを含み、
前記水分バリア層は、厚さが50~80μmであり、結晶粒度が10~13μmであるアルミニウム合金薄膜で形成され、
前記シーラント層は、厚さが60~100μmであり、
前記表面保護層は、厚さが5μm~25μmである、パウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記ブリッジは、
厚さが1.4mm以下である、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記ブリッジは、
1mm以下の曲率半径でラウンディングされて形成されている、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記ブリッジは、
0.7mm以下の曲率半径でラウンディングされて形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記カップ部は、
隣接した二つの前記外壁を互いに連結する厚さエッジをさらに含み、
前記厚さエッジは、
互いに隣接した二つの前記パンチエッジと連結されてコーナーを形成する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記コーナーは、
少なくとも一つがラウンディングされて形成され、
曲率半径が前記パンチエッジおよび前記厚さエッジのうち少なくとも一つの曲率半径以上である、請求項5に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記ダイエッジは、
少なくとも一つが1mm以下の曲率半径でラウンディングされて形成されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記ダイエッジは、
少なくとも一つが0.7mm以下の曲率半径でラウンディングされて形成されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記カップ部の外壁は、
前記カップ部の底部から、傾斜角が90゜~95゜の間である傾斜を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記アルミニウム合金薄膜は、
合金番号AA8021である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記アルミニウム合金薄膜は、
鉄を1.3wt%~1.7wt%含み、シリコンを0.2wt%以下含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記水分バリア層は、
厚さが55~65μmであり、
前記シーラント層は、
厚さが75~85μmである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 第3ポリマーで製造され、前記表面保護層と前記水分バリア層との間に積層される延伸補助層をさらに含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 前記延伸補助層は、
厚さが20~50μmである、請求項13に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 電極およびセパレータが積層されて形成された電極組立体を内部に収容するカップ部がそれぞれ形成された第1ケースおよび第2ケースと、
二つの前記カップ部の間に形成されたブリッジとを含み、
前記ブリッジは、厚さが前記電極組立体の幅の1/200~1/30であり、
前記ブリッジの厚さは、前記ブリッジと前記ブリッジ側の外壁の境界点をそれぞれ通過し、底部と垂直な二つのブリッジ垂直線の間の距離であり、
前記カップ部は、6.5mm以上の深さを有しており、
前記カップ部は、周辺を囲む複数の外壁と底部とをそれぞれ連結する、ラウンディングされて形成されている複数のパンチエッジを含み、
前記パンチエッジの曲率半径は、前記カップ部の深さの1/20~1/6であり、
前記カップ部は、前記外壁とサイドまたはデガッシング部を連結する、ラウンディングされて形成されている複数のダイエッジをさらに含み、
前記ダイエッジの曲率半径は、前記カップ部の深さの1/20~1/6であり、
前記ダイエッジと前記ダイエッジ側の外壁の境界点を通過し、前記底部と垂直なダイエッジ垂直線と、前記ダイエッジ側のパンチエッジと前記ダイエッジ側の外壁の境界点を通過し、前記底部と垂直なエッジ垂直線との垂直距離が、0.5mm以下であり、
パウチフィルムを成形して製造され、
前記パウチフィルムは、
第1ポリマーで製造され、最内層として形成されたシーラント層と、
第2ポリマーで製造され、最外層として形成された表面保護層と、
前記表面保護層と前記シーラント層との間に積層された水分バリア層とを含み、
前記水分バリア層は、厚さが50~80μmであり、結晶粒度が10~13μmであるアルミニウム合金薄膜で形成され、
