Description
本発明の第一実施形態に係るRFIDラベル1について説明する。
続いて、本発明の第二実施形態に係るRFIDラベル2について説明する。
続いて、本実施形態に係るRFIDラベル1,2が被着体に貼り付けられた状態について説明する。
<第一実施形態における効果>
第一実施形態に係るRFIDラベル1は、RFIDインレイ10と、RFIDインレイ10のRFIDアンテナ12及びICチップ13が形成された面に積層されたホットメルト系粘着剤層14と、熱可塑性樹脂シート15と、被着体に貼り付けるための被着体用粘着剤層A1とが、この順に積層されている。
第二実施形態に係るRFIDラベル2によれば、第一実施形態のRFIDラベル1の表面外側に、ラミネート用粘着剤層A2を介して熱可塑性樹脂シート16が形成されたサンドイッチ構造が、さらに形成されている。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、上記実施形態は、本発明の適用例の一部を示したに過ぎず、本発明の技術的範囲を上記実施形態の具体的構成に限定する趣旨ではない。

Claims (11)
- インレイ基材、前記インレイ基材に形成されたRFIDアンテナ及び前記RFIDアンテナに接続されたICチップを有するRFIDインレイと、
前記RFIDインレイにおいて前記RFIDアンテナ及びICチップが形成された面に積層されたホットメルト系粘着剤層と、
第一熱可塑性樹脂シートと、
被着体に貼り付けるための被着体用粘着剤層と、を有し、
前記RFIDインレイと、前記ホットメルト系粘着剤層と、前記第一熱可塑性樹脂シートと、前記被着体用粘着剤層とが、この順に積層されたRFIDラベル。 - 請求項1に記載のRFIDラベルであって、
前記RFIDインレイの前記ホットメルト系粘着剤層が積層された面の反対面にラミネート用粘着剤層を介して第二熱可塑性樹脂シートが積層された、
RFIDラベル。 - 請求項2に記載のRFIDラベルであって、
前記第一熱可塑性樹脂シートと前記第二熱可塑性樹脂シートとが同一材料から形成された、
RFIDラベル。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のRFIDラベルであって、
前記第一熱可塑性樹脂シートと前記第二熱可塑性樹脂シートとが同一厚さで形成された、
RFIDラベル。 - 請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載のRFIDラベルであって、
前記インレイ基材がポリエチレンテレフタレートから形成され、
前記第一熱可塑性樹脂シート及び前記第二熱可塑性樹脂シートがポリプロピレンから形成された、
RFIDラベル。 - 請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載のRFIDラベルであって、
前記第一熱可塑性樹脂シート及び前記第二熱可塑性樹脂シートのガラス転移温度が50℃以下である、
RFIDラベル。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のRFIDラベルであって、
前記第一熱可塑性樹脂シートの剛性は、前記インレイ基材の剛性よりも低い、
RFIDラベル。 - 請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載のRFIDラベルであって、
前記第二熱可塑性樹脂シートの剛性は、前記インレイ基材の剛性よりも低い、
RFIDラベル。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のRFIDラベルであって、
遠心分離に供される被着体に貼り付けられる、
RFIDラベル。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のRFIDラベルが貼り付けられた被着体。
- 請求項10に記載の被着体であって、
ポリ塩化ビニルを含む被着体。
