Claims (6)
- 主電源である高電圧バッテリと、
前記高電圧バッテリから電力を供給され、モータを駆動させるインバータと、
前記高電圧バッテリと前記インバータとの間の電気的接続を断接するコンタクタと、を備える車両のコンタクタの溶着診断装置であって、
前記車両の起動時に、前記コンタクタの断接を切り替え、そのときの前記インバータに印加される電圧の変化に基づいて前記コンタクタの溶着を診断するコンタクタ溶着診断を行なうコンタクタ溶着診断部を備え、
前記コンタクタ溶着診断部は、前記コンタクタ溶着診断において前記インバータに印加される電圧が溶着判定電圧値以上になると前記コンタクタが溶着していると判定し、前記溶着判定電圧値を前記モータの回転速度に応じて設定するコンタクタの溶着診断装置。 - 前記コンタクタ溶着診断部は、前記溶着判定電圧値を前記モータの回転速度が高いほど低い値に設定する請求項1に記載のコンタクタの溶着診断装置。
- 前記コンタクタ溶着診断部は、前記コンタクタ溶着診断の実施中に、前記モータの回転速度が第1の回転速度以上の場合には、前記溶着判定電圧値を前記モータの回転速度に応じて設定し、前記モータの回転速度が前記第1の回転速度より高い第2の回転速度以上の場合には、前記コンタクタを切断させる請求項1または請求項2に記載のコンタクタの溶着診断装置。
- 主電源である高電圧バッテリと、
前記高電圧バッテリから電力を供給され、モータを駆動させるインバータと、
前記高電圧バッテリと前記インバータとの間の電気的接続を断接するコンタクタと、を備える車両のコンタクタの溶着診断装置であって、
前記車両の起動時に、前記コンタクタの断接を切り替え、そのときの前記インバータに印加される電圧の変化に基づいて前記コンタクタの溶着を診断するコンタクタ溶着診断を行なうコンタクタ溶着診断部を備え、
前記モータは、前記車両を駆動する駆動輪と直結されており、
前記コンタクタ溶着診断部は、前記コンタクタ溶着診断において前記インバータに印加される電圧が溶着判定電圧値以上になると前記コンタクタが溶着していると判定し、前記溶着判定電圧値を前記車両の速度に応じて設定するコンタクタの溶着診断装置。 - 前記コンタクタ溶着診断部は、前記溶着判定電圧値を前記車両の速度が高いほど低い値に設定する請求項4に記載のコンタクタの溶着診断装置。
- 前記コンタクタ溶着診断部は、前記コンタクタ溶着診断の実施中に、前記車両の速度が第1の車速以上の場合には、前記溶着判定電圧値を前記車両の速度に応じて設定し、前記車両の速度が前記第1の車速より高い第2の車速以上の場合には、前記コンタクタを切断させる請求項4または請求項5に記載のコンタクタの溶着診断装置。
