Description
図1に、充電システム1の全体構成の概略図を示す。充電システムは、車両10、充電ケーブル30および外部電源40を備える。車両10は、バッテリ17からの電力によって走行可能な車両であれば、その構成は特に限定されるものではない。車両10には、たとえばハイブリッド自動車、電気自動車および燃料電池自動車が含まれる。車両10は、充電ポートユニット11、フィルタ回路12、電圧計13、リレー14、電力変換回路15、コンデンサ16、バッテリ17、制御部18、給電部19、を備える。
図4のフローチャートを用いて、車両10の動作を説明する。図4の処理は、例えば、イグニションスイッチがオンにされることによって実行開始される。ステップS10において、制御部18は、給電部19から外部負荷50へ電力を供給する外部給電処理が実行開始されるか否かを判断する。この判断は、例えば、不図示の外部給電スイッチがオンされることに応じて行われてもよい。否定判断される場合(S10:NO)には待機し、肯定判断される場合(S10:YES)にはステップS20へ進む。
まず、課題を説明する。充電ケーブル30は、充電コネクタ31を充電インレット25に接続したときに、充電ケーブル30に各種の異常が発生しているか否かを診断する機能を備えている。一例として、充電ケーブル30は、CCIDリレー36の溶着の有無を診断する。具体的には、充電コネクタ31の接続時にCCID制御部35によって、第1端子T1の電圧と基準電圧部位GNDのグランド電圧との間の電圧、および、第2端子T2の電圧と基準電圧部位GNDのグランド電圧との間の電圧が検出される。そして、検出電圧が予め定められたしきい値を超過する場合には、CCIDリレー36に溶着が発生していると判断される。この場合、CCID制御部35は、充電ケーブル30による充電を禁止する。
実施例2の技術では、外部給電処理が開始されたときに蓋体20が開放位置にある場合(S20:NO)には、蓋体20を自動で閉じることができる。外部給電処理中に充電インレットに充電コネクタを接続できない状態を、確実に作り出すことが可能となる。
蓋体20、ロック装置22、係合部材23の構造は特に限定されず、様々な構造を採用することが可能である。
Claims (1)
- バッテリと、
前記バッテリから外部負荷へ電力を供給可能に構成されている給電部と、
外部電源による前記バッテリの充電のための充電コネクタが着脱される充電インレットを有する充電ポートユニットと、
前記充電ポートユニットが有する可動部の動作を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記充電ポートユニットの前記可動部は、
前記充電インレットを覆う閉鎖位置と、前記充電インレットを露出させる開放位置と、の間で移動可能に構成されている蓋体と、
前記蓋体を前記閉鎖位置に固定するロック装置と、
前記充電コネクタと係合する係合位置と、前記充電コネクタとの係合が解除される解除位置と、の間を移動可能に構成された係合部材と、
前記係合部材を前記係合位置と前記解除位置との間で移動させるアクチュエータと、
を備えており、
前記制御部は、
前記蓋体が前記閉鎖位置にある状態で前記給電部から前記外部負荷へ電力を供給する外部給電処理が開始されたときは、前記ロック装置を作動させて前記蓋体を閉鎖位置に固定するとともに、前記外部給電処理が継続されている間は前記ロック装置の作動解除を禁止することで、前記充電インレットに前記充電コネクタが接続されることを物理的に禁止し、
前記蓋体が前記開放位置にある状態で前記外部給電処理が開始されるとともに、前記充電インレットに前記充電コネクタが接続されていないときは、前記アクチュエータを作動させて前記係合部材を前記係合位置へ移動させることで、前記充電インレットに前記充電コネクタが接続されることを物理的に禁止する、車両。
