Description
Claims (12)
- 中心軸(4)周りに回転可能に配置された乾燥ロータ(2)と、
前記乾燥ロータ(2)のプロセスセクタ(10)を通じてプロセス気流(8)を案内するように配置されたプロセス空気回路(6)と、
前記乾燥ロータ(2)の再生セクタ(16)を通じて再生気流(14)を案内するように配置された再生空気回路(12)と、
前記乾燥ロータ(2)の第1のパージセクタ(22)及び第2のパージセクタ(24)を通じてパージ気流(20)を案内するように配置されたパージ空気回路(18)と、
前記再生空気回路(12)内であって前記乾燥ロータ(2)の下流に配置され、前記再生空気回路(12)内に前記再生気流(14)及び前記パージ空気回路(18)内に前記パージ気流(20)を生成するように構成された空気ファン(26)と、を備え、
前記パージ空気回路(18)は、前記乾燥ロータ(2)を通じた第1の方向において前記第1のパージセクタ(22)を通じて、及び、前記乾燥ロータ(2)を通じた第2の方向において前記第2のパージセクタ(24)を通じて、前記パージ気流(20)を案内するように配置され、
前記第1の方向は、前記第2の方向とは反対であり、
前記再生セクタ(16)の再生セクタ角度(α)と、前記第1及び第2のパージセクタ(22、24)のそれぞれの第1のパージセクタ角度(β1)及び第2のパージセクタ角度(β2)の合計と、の間の比率は、前記再生気流(14)及び前記パージ気流(20)の両方が前記再生空気回路(12)内であって前記乾燥ロータ(2)の下流に配置された前記空気ファン(26)によって生成されるように選択される、
乾燥除湿器(1)。 - 前記パージ空気回路(18)は、前記乾燥ロータ(2)の下流で前記再生空気回路(12)に接続される、請求項1に記載の除湿器(1)。
- 前記パージ空気回路(18)は、前記乾燥ロータ(2)の上流で前記再生空気回路(12)に接続され、
前記除湿器(1)は、前記パージ気流(20)が前記再生空気回路(12)内の前記再生気流(14)から収集されるように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の除湿器(1)。 - ヒータデバイス(28)は、前記乾燥ロータ(2)の上流且つ前記パージ空気回路(18)が前記再生空気回路(12)に接続された位置の下流で、前記再生空気回路(12)に接続して配置される、請求項3に記載の除湿器(1)。
- 前記第1のパージセクタ(22)は、前記再生セクタ(16)の第1の側で前記再生セクタ(16)に隣接して配置され、
前記第2のパージセクタ(24)は、前記再生セクタ(16)の第2の側で前記再生セクタ(16)に隣接して配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の除湿器(1)。 - 前記再生セクタ(16)の再生セクタ角度(α)と、前記第1及び第2のパージセクタ(22、24)のそれぞれの第1のパージセクタ角度(β1)及び第2のパージセクタ角度(β2)の合計と、の間の比率は、1:1~1.5:1の範囲内である、請求項1又は2に記載の除湿器(1)。
- 前記再生セクタ(16)の再生セクタ角度(α)と、前記第1及び第2のパージセクタ(22、24)のそれぞれの第1のパージセクタ角度(β1)及び第2のパージセクタ角度(β2)の合計と、の間の比率は、1:1~1.25:1の範囲内である、請求項1又は2に記載の除湿器(1)。
- 前記再生セクタ(16)の再生セクタ角度(α)は、前記第1及び第2のパージセクタ(22、24)のそれぞれの第1のパージセクタ角度(β1)及び第2のパージセクタ角度(β2)の合計に等しい、請求項1又は2に記載の除湿器(1)。
- 前記再生セクタ角度(α)は、60°であり、
前記第1のパージセクタ角度(β1)は、30°であり、
前記第2のパージセクタ角度(β2)は、30°である、請求項8に記載の除湿器(1)。 - 前記除湿器(1)は、前記パージ気流(20)を、前記再生セクタ(16)を通じた前記再生気流(14)の前記方向と反対方向に、前記第1のパージセクタ(22)を通じて流すように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の除湿器(1)。
- 前記除湿器(1)は、前記パージ気流(20)を、前記再生セクタ(16)を通じた前記再生気流(14)の前記方向と同一方向に、前記第1のパージセクタ(22)を通じて流すように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の除湿器(1)。
- 前記第1のパージセクタ(22)は、前記乾燥ロータ(2)の回転方向(R)に対して、前記再生セクタ(16)の後に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の除湿器(1)。
