Claims (20)

前記関節機構は、
近位端および遠位端を備える接続リンク機構であって、前記接続リンク機構の前記近位端は前記アクチュエータリンク機構の遠位端に枢動可能に連結される、接続リンク機構、
第1のアームと第2のアームとを備える枢動可能に取り付けられたクランクであって、前記第1のアームは前記接続リンク機構の前記遠位端に枢動可能に連結される、クランク、および
前記第1の顎部にしっかりと固定される第1の顎部取付部であって、前記クランクの前記第2のアームに枢動可能にかつスライド可能に連結される第1の顎部取付部、
を備え、
前記ハンドルにおける前記アクチュエータの移動は、前記アクチュエータリンク機構を遠位に移動させ、前記第1の顎部を、前記第1の顎部と前記第2の顎部とが分離され、実質的に非平行である開位置から、前記第1の顎部と前記第2の顎部とが実質的に隣接し、実質的に平行である閉位置へと、移動させるように動作可能である、外科用デバイス。 - 前記第1の顎部取付部は経路に沿って移動可能であり、前記経路に沿った前記第1の顎部取付部の移動は、前記第1の顎部取付部および前記第1の顎部の回転および並進を引き起こし、それによって、前記第1の顎部を前記開位置から前記閉位置へと移動させる、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記クランクの回転は前記第1の顎部取付部を経路に沿って移動させる、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記第1の顎部および前記第2の顎部は前記シャフトに対して概して横方向に延びる、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記ハンドルにおける前記アクチュエータの移動は、前記第1の顎部を、前記開位置と、前記第1の顎部と前記第2の顎部とが分離され、実質的に平行である中間位置と、前記閉位置と、の間で移動させるように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記クランクの前記第2のアームはクランクスロットを備え、前記第1の顎部取付部はピンを備え、
前記クランクが回転するとき、前記ピンは前記クランクスロットに沿って移動する、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。 - 前記接続リンク機構の前記近位端は、案内スロット内にスライド可能に配置される案内部を備え、
前記案内スロットは概して線形であり、前記アクチュエータリンク機構と概して一列に配向される、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記第1の顎部を前記開位置から前記閉位置へと移動させるために遠位へと押されるプランジャを備える、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記シャフトは実質的に剛体である、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記シャフトの少なくとも一部分は曲げることができる、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記シャフトは実質的に真っ直ぐである、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記第1の顎部および前記第2の顎部の各々は、それぞれの先端において終端となっており、

- 前記第1の顎部および前記第2の顎部の各々は、湾曲した部分が介在した複数の実質的に真っ直ぐな部分を備える、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記第1の顎部および前記第2の顎部の各々は、前記第1の顎部と前記第2の顎部との間に挟み付けられる組織を切除するために、無線周波数エネルギーの供給源に動作可能に連結される少なくとも1つの電極を備える、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。

前記第2の案内接続器は、前記第1の案内接続器と、前記第1の先端および前記第2の先端の少なくとも一方と、に選択的に解放可能に接続可能であり、
前記第1の案内接続器が前記第2の案内接続器に接続される場合、前記案内部は閉ループを形成する、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。 - 前記第1の案内接続器は第1の永久磁石を備え、
前記第2の案内接続器は第2の永久磁石を備え、
前記第1の永久磁石および前記第2の永久磁石は、反対の磁極が前記案内本体から離れる方を向くように配向され、それによって、前記第1の案内接続器および前記第2の案内接続器を互いに磁気的に連結させて、前記案内部を前記閉ループへと形成する、請求項16に記載の外科用デバイス。 - 前記第1の案内接続器は、前記第1の永久磁石を受け入れるように構成されるカバーを備え、
